customer service was not delightful. She seemed very frustrated. But I still gave her a chance cuz we all have that days I had order a dozen of the chocolate sprink. I received a different type of donut so I had to let her know . She seemed even more frustrated by that it took her a while to get me the donuts I had purchased. I ordered the new donuts that are being offered the cheesecake donut and the blueberry cobbler and they look nothing like the photo I was very disappointed about it. I ordered a lemon fill donut and a raspberry . It was almost two bites before I got the jelly and this has happened on various times on that location. What's the purpose of having a field donut if you're eating a basic donut
Only three stars because of the disappointment I felt after paying for a medium latte and getting something smaller than the smallest size offered literally anywhere else! I even asked, "this is a medium?" And the employee laughingly responded, "yeah, looks like a small, doesn't it?"Yeah. Smaller than small. Ridiculous. Save your money and buy coffee elsewhere.
Placed a big order for a business conference/meeting. Informed staff that I would need them by 6:15 am the next day, and the importance of having them on time. The following morning the staff could not locate my order. They proceeded to tell me it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready. I politely told them I could not wait. This is highly unprofessional after being promised a service. I have never used KK for a business meeting before and never will in the future.
I love Krispy Kreme but they never answer there phones. Specially today. I have called about 10 times and called 4 other locations. All I wanted to do was to order some valentines Day donuts. I’m very upset ? right now. Please answer your phones.
I have had mixed experiences here. One major issue I have is that the line in the drive-thru seems to take forever. Now, if the doughnuts came out piping hot, that would be understandable, but the fact of the matter is, most of the time the sigh signifying hot doughnuts isn't even on. This makes me wonder why it takes so long. Especially when they sometimes get the order drastically long. I don't want to give them too much flak, though, because I know working in the food industry can be kind of rough, and sometimes customers can make their time in the drive-thru take longer than it should. Customer service here is usually alright, not amazing, but definitely not terrible. If you're looking for a quick sweet treat or snack, this is your place.
Woodruff Rd location... Went today (02-23-2022) to pick up a free birthday donut and buy 2 Frozen Mocha Latte's. Hoped things would be different this time but, was sadly disappointed, again! The drive-thru staff NEVER get my orders correct when going through the drive-thru! Rude, nasty attitude and disgusting, unsanitary happenings going on here by the staff and drive-thru workers (watched as staff wiped their noses, mouths & scratched their heads/hair with bare hands then, picked up/put donuts in takeaway boxes for drive-thru orders behind me in line and drinks with bare, unwashed hands). Drive-thru worker told me,"You can go somewhere else if you don't like it here! No free donut, either!!", when I complained about their nasty habits and messed up order. NOT spending my money at this location again!!! Afternoon Manager was nice over the phone, though. Still did NOT get a free birthday donut.
So upset. Spent a pretty penny. First of all these donuts we specialty donuts so they cost, they were all hard and stale. Not one that was good. The girl working this shift as the cashier I was there around 3-3:30pm 2-2-2022 she was not nice and also my husbands coffee cup had a hole in it and we didn’t know until we were already going down the road he got burned pretty good from the hot coffee. So upset about this complete waste of time and money. You guys can do better than this. I don’t know who that girl was that was working but she knew exactly why she was doing and people should not be discriminated against
Without question, this was the worst drive-through experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Got in line to the Woodruff Rd location with 3 cars in front of me, and another car pulled in behind me making it impossible to back out of the line like I'd have otherwise done after about 10 minutes max. It took 40+ minutes to get through the line, which is not an exaggeration. I know this because I have a time stamp from my receipt of an adjacent business 47 minutes prior to the invoice time of my KK order, and I KNOW it didn't take me 7 minutes to drive to the next parking lot and get into line. I figured the cars in front of me had large and complex drink orders that took for ever to make. Nope, just 2 dozen doughnuts for each of them, and 2 sodas for one of the cars. When I got to the window, the employee said they were changing shifts, and asked what I ordered. 1 dozen. Meanwhile it sounded like the employees were having a party in there. I didn't know if I was at Krispy Kreme, or if it had been converted to a night club. And the doughnuts didn't seem nearly as fresh as I've previously had at other locations. It's clearly a disorganized and mismanaged location, and I will definitely not be back.

5 star when Hot To Go and eat in. Room temp sitting in car not the same. Hope for return to what made them the best if COVID ever ends.
