We purchased the Oh Honey collection on Sunday. Never been more disappointed in my life. The ? doughnuts didn’t even look like bees and the wafer cookies were stale. The Honey pull apart were good, but the Honey Cake and Honey Bees were nothing more than glazed doughnuts decorated up. They were flavorless and not even a hint of honey. Don’t waste time or money on these.
Placed an order for 25 dozen donuts a week ago. Scheduled pickup this am at 615. Arrived at 615 and there was a sign on the door saying they weren't opening until 7. Called the store while standing on the sidewalk with me recept and was told "the machine broke, we are short staff." ... asked when I could pick up the order and the manager answered "i dont know". no other solution offered... then I was told to come back at 830. At 830 I arrived back to be told another customer's order was almost done.. then they would fill mine. The other customers order was supposed to be an 8 am pick up. Why would you fill that order FIRST? No apology. The manager was rude and unapologetic... A simple phone call to let me know the order wouldn't be ready at 615 would have gone a long way. Businesses like this take advantage of the community they are in rather then appreciating and taking care of them. No apology was ever made... no help to the car... no we hope you give us another try. The employees clearly don't appreciate that we spent hundreds of dollars. But never again. This order was for Staff Appreciation for an elentary school... and running 2+ hours late is just not ok.
do it’s are smaller. prices are higher. no filling in any of the cream filled. staff is lazy. giving away free donuts to walk in friends. no decaf coffee purely cause they didn’t put any coffee in. it came out water.
Walked in hoping to get hot donuts with my traveling family, because we do not have a Krispy Kreme near us. Rude customer service with masks hanging on their chins. I don’t care if you have a mask or not, but why even wear one??? The man working the front counter asked the lady behind me if he could help her and she told him I was here first and acted annoyed he had to help me first. Then give the 5 people after me their donuts before giving my family the hot donuts off the conveyor belt. Reverse racism is a real thing.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. After waiting in line for 45 min today they told me they are out of St Patrick’s day doughnuts. Then I bought a half dozen regular since I’ve been here almost an hour. She told me it’s $10.40!!! When I asked why so much she said “you want em?” I swear…. This country is going to hell.
I freely admit that I have not bought donuts in a very long while, but I was utterly shocked at the price for an assorted dozen donuts. I was picking up the donuts for a group of friends and was dropping it off for them. The donuts all looked great, the lady was very helpful and friendly and the shop looked clean.
This Krispy Kreme is never open. First thing in the morning is when most people would like donuts. There is a handmaid sign on all windows saying only opening at 7:30 AM. A hand made sign. Makes you wonder if the owner knows that they are not opening until 730. Today’s experience, for the owner to know there were five cars in line to get donuts. That had to drive off because there is no service. As I drove off there were two more coming in behind me.
Was there last night and got a dozen mixed with 8 Choc creamed filled there was hardly any white cream in the middle not the first time either! also they didn’t give us a receipt or scan my phone for awards!
Hot and ready is all we needed to see lol...Starting 2022 off with some hot fresh doughnuts gym in the morning though
They were having an issue and did not have any glazed donuts. People were getting angry and driving off. I told the lady that was fine to just give me a box of what she had. People should learn to be more patient and realize things happen that the staff have no control over.
