So they have this sign in the windows saying be nice they're short-handed more or less. But even if you're shorthanded the food should not taste like it's been sitting there for a week. The Sierra Mist I had to throw away because it was out it was just nothing but carbon water. The chicken sandwich tastes like it had been sitting there for a week could not even eat it. This has nothing to do with being shorthanded this has to do with quality control. And I blame the management. I brought weight and have it served to me right then you give me something knowing that I'm going to throw away. So I just threw my money away. Nasty and so sad. Whoever is running this KFC needs to be replaced.
Bad and rude attitudes. Yesterday (Sunday) I rode up to the speaker to place an order snappy attitude from the speaker, get to the window girl shows up with the card thingy “put your card in..(a few seconds)..now take it out” not in a pleasant tone, then the windows close shut hard and she’s gone a minute or two then she comes back doors open she hands me the bag and the doors close hard and abruptly again no have a nice day no nothing, didn’t even ask if we wanted sauce or anything. Fries were luke warm and not seasoned much but didn’t go back because didn’t want to be in midst of bad attitude again because Saturday had been horrible because of the attitudes I got at the places I went to, what is it with everyone
I've never really had a problem when I come here. I love their famous bowls, pot pies, & fries ?
Waited about 15 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich, and there was no one in line
Went there to get hotwings for dinner. I requested to have them cooked fresh, so I had to wait They were delivered to my car in a reasonable amount of time. The lady at the window and the lady that delivered them were nice.
THE KFC ON WOODRUFF RD IN GREENVILLE SC IS THE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THEY ARE NOT USING THE KFC RECIPE AND THEY OPEN IN LATE AFTERNOON PLEASE CHECK OUT THIS PLACE
Always taste great food. Need bigger biscuits though.
We waiting in the drive thru for at least 15-20 mins before we got to order with only 4 cars in front of us. Got to order and they would not switch out a side for me in the mash bowl. Service was the rudest but they also weren't friendly. Food was hot but just ok. Use to love KFC but they aren't the same anymore.
Do not try to use door dash here. The employees will cancel the order but not let anyone know until door dash arrives to pick the order up. The employees then will tell the driver they have no order after they canceled it. They then laughed at him as they let their phone continuously ring and not answer it. Im assuming they believe that peoples time are not valuable. So in turn door dash makes NO money for them canceling the order. Very unprofessional with no regard to anyone else.
