Great food ... but poor customer service.We love Kairos, and have enjoyed multiple locations throughout South Carolina. This location messed up and we lost our loyalty promo, and wouldn't do anything to help resolve the problem. No caring whatsoever.We did resolve our issues with help of company/corp office, thank you ... but we won't be going back to this location. The way customers are treated is still an important business principle.
My wife and I located this place on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. She had the Gyro and I got a two-protein bowl. Both were very good and made to order.
Food is always good. On occasion though the brown rice has a dirt taste and sometimes employees are really light handed especially with the spreads and as much as you're paying I want consistency and not like a teaspoon of spread. But did I say I love the food!
I drove by this place several times and finally decided to check it out. I love the ability to create your Mediterranean bowl. The ingredients are always fresh! And the staff is pleasant. If you're looking for something healthy to eat- Kairos is worth checking out!
This is my first time here, and, wow, I definitely recommend, This food tastes so good and healthy. I got a bowl with falafel and it is seriously so flavorful and delicious, some of the best falafel and pita bread, amongst the other ingredients that I have ever had. The employees are very friendly and the energy of the restaurant is upbeat, good, and laid back.
Such a great spot for some healthy and affordable food! And it tastes so good too.
Good, healthy food. Even had fountain drinks made with natural sugars. I was very impressed. Will definitely go back. My pita was great!
If you are a vegetarian, come to Kairos here at Woodruff, Greenville.. I ordered Falafel.. and I am surprised how good the taste was.

I ate here 3-4 times a week for the past two years but staff cannot follow directions. I have a very specific calorie requirement and do not care about cost. When I ask for more power greens and grilled veggies, considering I omit the rice and lentils, and tell you I don’t care if I’m charged. I don’t need the chick rolling her eyes and definitely putting two little nuggets on in disgust. Never was a problem, while staff knew us all and welcomed us happily. This new staff absolutely sucks. Attitude and defiant. Signature drinks empty. Sad really because this was my go to for my one meal a day for 3-4 times a week. And on top of it the portions have gotten smaller and prices went through the roof. I get there’s inflation, but when you say “ Hey I like it a certain way , charge me what ever” , don’t roll you friggin eyes and act extra spiteful. Good bye to a once great thing last dime I’m spending. Moreover the dinning room has been filthy the last 5-6 visits and kids are goofing off . I learned long ago, got time to lean , got time to clean. RIP Simpsonville Store 2-21-22 at 630 pm.
