This was my favorite spot until I could count the pieces of chicken? my plate always is fresh and full of chicken. Today I’m disappointed ☹️

Love joy of tokyo and have never had a bad experience until i went to this location tonight. food was cold, rice was hard. after waiting for 35 minutes for it. when i went to tell the lady working the front counter she rolled her eyes at me threw more rice in another box put it on the counter and walked away not saying a word. i understand being understaffed ( if that was the issue ) but other people that walked in after us got their food way before us. people we went with never got their food because after 35 minutes of waiting the guy in the back ( manager ) told them it would be at least another 15-20 minutes for their sushi because they had to go orders to do before there food would be started ( even though they had ordered right after us ). absolutely horrible experience.
register lady had a rude attitude. and they charge .50 cents for 1oz white sauce cups ?
They are so kind and loving ❤ they treat you like family. On the other side, the food is good i like it and always recommend others to go, so you to should pass by... you will love ? it.
The food is great but the customer service and the attitude of the lady who answers the phone us terrible and will run all your customers away!!!I will drive further to another joy of Tokyo before coming back here again!

The food is mediocre and the service is just bad. I’ve worked in food before so I understand how frustrating it can be sometimes. However I always give the benefit of the doubt and will always tip because they could just be having a bad day. The two cashiers definitely know my face by now and should also know that I always tip, but neither have been friendly once..
