They know that if someone ordered online, person never can’t return or do something from home.But I’ll return, tomorrow maybe, now I’m sick.
The food was not good at all specifically for the price. They don't listen cause I didn't order spicy tuna roll. Then I asked for sauce and they charged me for that too. Just go some where else and don't waste your coins. PEOPLE ARE RUDE
Not bad for quick habachi meal. The scallops were decent. Wifey says her steak is ok as well. Service was reasonable. Facility could use a good deep clean, but was acceptable.
It’s been a while since I’ve been in this location, but the dining room is filthy. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t made them clean it up.
Ordered chicken and rice bowl and the chicken was completely dry. Ordered a cucumber sushi roll and it looked like a 2 year old made it. The sushi was not uniform in size and was very sloppy. Will not be returning. Sad because JOT was a favorite
GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES THEIR TIPS!! The tips are NOT for the cooks that get paid significantly higher wages or for the owners! They are for the front of the house staff that take and package to go orders. They bust their tails for your business and you thank them by "putting their tips on their check" after you split it how you want. No. That is wrong. They deserve cash tips every shift they work not split with kitchen staff or owners!!! I'll never leave another tip at your restaurant ever until this changes. I will also tell everyone I know about this. I work in a restaurant and you are bogus. We keep ALL of our carryout tips and the only people we split it with is other carryout staff. Not the cooks. Not the owners. Change your policy! It's not fair to your employees! Shame on you.
I used to love this place when I was a student at Greenville Tech a few years ago. I ate there today and the hibachi shrimp plate was disgusting. Prices have gone up and I won't be eating there again.
Delicious hibachi! Excellent quality ingredients, fast service, clean restaurant, friendly staff, and safe environment! Definitely will be back again and again for the steak and scallops!
I really enjoy eating here. I eat here very often. I work next door at the Golden Corral and get tired of eating where I work and this is my first choice for something different. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because more often then not the chicken is over cooked and dry instead of being juicy and tender. But the customer service is very nice and the rice is always good with their white sauce of course
