The Anderson Store on East Greenville street always got my order wrong and I only get a sandwich. I sat at the window The first time as they made several sandwiches, I was the only car in the line. The second and last time; the worker dropped my receipt on the floor... he picked it up and threw it in the bag with my sandwich. The other JJ's Simpsonville and Greenville locations... get 5 stars wonderfully pleasant staff and never had an order problem.
I love Jimmy John's; I just dislike this location!! Horrible service. Average delivery time for food is 1 hour. I'm glad my house isn't on fire and they are coming to help. I've ordered multiple times from here and today was the third and final time; I'll ever order delivery from this location.
Horrible service. Ordered at 11am wasn’t out for delivery until 1205p and didn’t get my food until almost 1pm. Called and person on the phone and he was no help. He said they got a rush of orders at the same time which was a lie because my coworker ordered 1 hr later at 1202pm and got her food at the same time I did. This isn’t the first time this has happened but was told that if I schedule my order it would be faster. Well that wasn’t true! I deserve a refund!
DoorDashed at 7:50 when it closes at 8. Calls me at 8:15 saying they closed ten minutes ago. And the guy never canceled the order. So now someone has “picked up” my food and “delivered it” even though it’s not coming. So now I’m out of $25. Very unprofessional all around.
I get the same delicious Beach Club every time and it is consistently delicious at every store!

Tried placing an order online like I have the past 4-5 years. Order went through, and an hour passed. No call, no communication. Husband called over since he placed the order, and was told that it was coming shortly. Another half hour passed, and nothing arrived and nothing was updated. I called over there myself and inquired nicely about the status. Was told very rudely that it was going to be a 25-30min wait until they could even get it out the door. I asked "So it's going to be 2-2.5 hours before I can even eat my food, from the time the order was placed?" The guy on the other end says, "yeah, it's been crazy busy in here. I shouldn't even be answering the phone, I should be making sandwiches, that's how busy we are." I calmly said, "okay, I think I'd like to cancel my order please?" He rudely said, "okay no problem, have good day," very abruptly. When I tried to ask how soon my card would be reimbursed, he hung up mid question. I called back and he answered again, saying, "Jimmy John's, can you hold?" and then placed me on hold. When I asked if he was the manager, he replied, "yes I am." I informed him that I had called a few minutes prior and was hung up on mid question of trying to find out how soon they reimburse the card charge. He replied very short and abrupt, "oh sorry, I thought the conversation was over, but I'm sorry." Then hung up yet again. He sounded neither apologetic, nor like he cared what I was calling about. If you can't handle customer service, then step down please! I refuse to eat here any more because of his attitude. I have NEVER cancelled an order, or stopped eating at a place, but now the thought of his rudeness really leaves a bad taste and I genuinely cringe at the thought of eating here ever.
My wife raves about the food & service. Today she & I ate lunch there and boy was she right!Excellent food, prepared very quickly during the lunch rush
Good is good delivery is nice word to the guy who answers the phone you make your company look bad when you answer and slam the phone on the counter I was only trying to say the tip function wasn't working and id leave it at the door let you co-worker know you affected that ok. They deliver im sure they'd like their tips today .phone etiquette goes a long way even today.
