Wow!!!!!!!! I give this store the best review a person can give. I bought a big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich on 5/6 and it was delicious. On 5/8 I reorder the same thing and it was awful. It was awful because it came from the store on main Street in Greenville. I will never get anything else from that store again. Thank you Agusta Rd for an excellent service and quality of food. I will continue using your store. Many thumbs up ? Also, the Manger that was there on May 8th is extremely exellcent. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. ?
Only reason Not a Zero star is because Other Jersey Mike's I ve enjoyed BUT NOT THIS LOCATION. Reminded guy to toast bread on grill(which is typical at most other locations w/o asking when getting chessesteak)...Then guy Didnt and then took built sandwiche back, put on grill and held it there with gloved hand moving it around...sandwich was soggy garbage and I didn't even take a bite...threw it away. I was SURPRISED bc this is my favorite sandwich joint for this sandwich in particular...wasted 12 bucks.

These guys are Sandwich artisan's. I always get the giant size, eat part for one meal then two snacks or one. This location, just off Augusta and between several other eateries and shoppes; does occasionally have difficult parking, although that will really be your only problem. A hint from me: green pepper is not in the bins they have displayed, ask for it if you want it as they're slicing your meats, saves them time and aggravation. One of the best AppleWood bacons around! And tip everyone please, these guys here really hustle to make this location put out one of the best sandwiches around! I wasn't paid or given anything for this review, I just really like this place and want others to enjoy and make sure the employees here get the recognition they deserve, so show them by tipping. It's tough for us all to make it right now, three bucks or more ain't gonna break ya, but if everyone does it, then the employees will be able to stay and keep up. ??

The people that work here are SO rude and unwelcoming. When I walked in I was the only customer in the store and there were two guys standing behind the counter. Neither of them said hello. They didn’t even ask me for my order, I eventually just gave it to them after a really awkward silence. The convenience of this location is the only reason I return because their customer service is clearly not it.

This was my first and last time in a Jersey Mike's. Their menu is sad and my sandwich was a waste of money.
