Very rude staff and the food wasn't so great either! I told the young blonde lady working there I wanted curly fries and when I got my order she gave me regular fries, so when asked to fix it she got upset rolled her eyes and started talking to her co-workers and when she did fix my order she threw the bag at me in the car. Very bad customer service! If you don't like your job, get a new one!

Would not recommend this location. The service here is awful. The food is ok, if you are lucky enough to get it before it's cold. Or if the order is correct.

Third time trying this location. First time was 930 pm and was told they were closed at the speaker. Second time was 7 pm and was told the system was down and they couldn't take any orders. Third and final was less than an hour ago. Sat at the speaker for several minutes. I said "hello?" And I voice immediately responded with " we're closed" this is incredibley rude and can we do something Bout the fact that the website says open 24 hours...I.. fix your info and get friendlier staff cause that's just horrible. No wonder this location is always dead when I pass by and that's for sure what I'll be doing from here on out. Just passing by. Will not waste my time trying to stop again.

Just moved to greenville from Norfolk Virginia, two month's ago ride pass all the time but decided to stop after getting off work this morning only to be welcomed by a very angry drive thur worker no good morning or even a hello just rude ? I stay up the block 5mins away my burger was so cold cheese wasn't even melted never again I've gotten better service at spinx ?

They are open 24 hours here in Greenville but the woman in the drive thru is absolutely terrible, so rude and no hospitality what so ever. Im not from here, wanted to try Jack in the box for years and this just ruined everything for me. Customer service is a -10. She didnt even want to give us our receipt and hardly spoke to us.. ill make sure none of my family n friends come here :)

Shut it down and make room for a restaurant that will actually have decent customer serviceAnytime of the day that I’ve came here, there was a ridiculous wait with ONE car infront of me. Or something is always “out”. Would’ve drove off if there wasn’t a barrier. Same issues at the woodruff rd location.And now today I drive 15 minutes here at 2 pm and I’m told there’s a shift change so it would be a 30 minute wait. All 3 cars behind me and myself drove over to cook out. Perfect way to lose customers. I understand that sometimes there is staffing issues but for this to be a constant problem the owner needs to reevaluate operations cause there’s no way you can have a profit operating like this. Its upsetting when you enjoy the food but can’t get get it without an issue.

The food it pretty good, however whenever you go to the drive thru it takes at least a half hour to get the food even if theirs only one person in front of you. So you have to take that into account

TERRIBLE! Came to order food around 7pm yesterday to be told "hold on a minute" at the speaker, which is fine. (Even though that's not customer service, which includes greeting a customer, even in a drive thru) After waiting a few minutes I say "hello" to be ignored, so I sat there for another minute. Then I decided to pull through to see there's one car at the window, ONE. Jack In The Box needs to do better. Here's a picture of your employees vehicles, I'd say they need better training. Food is always good, but customer service at the window is not.

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD!!!I waited 30 minutes at the speaker to order and no one even acknowledged my presence. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get through the line to the window. Once I go to the window, I waited another 10 minutes to see if anyone would even come to the window to take my order. People were standing around talking and completely ignoring me. This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and I will never return. Do better.
