Have tried three times within the last month to get a breakfast sandwich on the way to work, but have not been successful. Have not had a fryer cook for a long time. My dad was a small business owner, and if he didn't have a worker come in, he came in himself and did it. Where are the owners here. One morning there were five cars lined up in the drive thru and no one was moving . Finally everyone realized that no one was there. As I drove back around, there was a worker standing out by his car smoking. I asked what was going on. He said that they were not open. Could he not see there were cars sitting in the drive thru not getting waited on? Something is wrong with the ownership and management at this location.
Whenever you want a burger for breakfast or a biscuits for dinner, it's a pretty good spot to get both whenever you like. Also open 24 hours

I'm 46 and never eaten here until now and this place is so much better than I ever would've thought. The Ultimate Burger is 100x better than a Double Cheeseburger from McDonald's. I'm getting hungry for one right now. Lol
If I could give 0 stars I would. Both my orders had 4 or more hairs on the burgers. Fries were like warm and soggy. Will not be returning to this location. Shameful. 18 dollars for this quality is BS.
Bugs were sent to my daughter via DoorDash and then when she called to explain she was called a liar and told she was stupid. As you can see in the pictures there were clearly bugs in the food. Poot customer service NOT TO MENTION ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN. She was refunded by DoorDash but I will be contacting the owner of this location along with corporate. This is garbage. Avoid this place!
Currently in the drive thru. Been here about 20 mins and just ordered. Waiting to pay now.Idk what it is about this location but it's been like this for yrs. They can have literally no customers, nothing going on and you're still gonna wait at least 10 mins at the speaker box trying to order.Expect to spend 30 mins or more in the drive thru.I literally only come here for the cheap tacos and lime ranch bc lord knows u can get faster service anywhere else
Its been a while since visiting a Jack in the Box so I stopped by to get just a simple chicken sandwich but decided to get 2. They were fantastic! Perfect bun and the chicken patty was freshly prepared. I eat mine with mustard and tomato not mayo and lettuce. The tomato was actuallly ripe not crunchy translucent thinkly sliced yuck. The entire experience was great. Drive thru was propt. The food was fresh and the gentlemen was very polite at the window. Excellent!! And thank you!

I was surprised, the hamburger was actually very good & staff friendly!!! I haven't ate at Jack for many years because I found the food below par!! But decided to give it a try now, I will go back!!!!
