We visited this location because my daughter wanted to try them out. The service was friendly. The cookies were hot and fresh. The oatmeal raisen were my favorite. If you use the app to order 12 cookies you get 6 more FREE. The young lady serving us also threw in a few extra because some of the cookies broke going into the box. There is free parking on the streets surrounding this location. Overall worth our wait to get fresh hot cookies. ❤️
The cookies are great, if you can get them. Always out of stock of basic cookies and service is SLOW. I live in the Camperdown plaza and I try every month but they fail me with slow lines and no stock of basic cookies. They need to get a professional manager instead of the kids who sit on the counters and stare at each other!!!
Really enjoyed discovering this little gem. Some delicious ice cream and cookie options. We had the cookie’wich, which is any choice of ice cream sandwiched between any two cookies of your choice. The cookies were perfectly warm which really enhanced this dessert. I think this would be a great spot to hit after eating dinner at a different location.The kids really enjoyed the ice cream as well! 5/5
Had a difficult time finding the place and showed up a little later than we should have picked my order up at after putting it in the night before, paid five dollars for parking, and then were told they evidently forgot to make the cookie cake for my birthday? The biggest part? And that it would be 20 minutes to get one made?I just canceled that half of the order. Not impressed. Hopefully the cookies we got are decent.

I ordered online at 11:00 the website said my cookies will be ready at 11:30pm. I got there right at 11:30 it takes 15 minutes to get there from where I live. I got there and my cookies wasn't even ready. I didn't leave until 12:08. This is my 1st time trying them and I definitely won't be back. This is ridiculous. I will stick with great American cookie from here on out. My cookies was hard and they was not warm at all but I was told they just got finished baking them.So much for trying to give you guy's a chance smh.
Insomnia cookies is good but the biggest problem with them is they don't stay open till the yime there supposed to be open, I live downtown greenville and this is the second time I've walked over before midnight and they say there closed, THIS LOCATION needs to get it together and be open to sell cookies otherwise close the doors if you can't make it happen!!! No excuse to close other than you can't deal with manager being there, great cookies, poor management!!
The cookies taste basic. The chocolate chip mint was my favorite. The snicker doodle was my least favorite.
Will not return due to them choosing to only offer apple pay or cards as a form of payment. I prefer paying with cash, and luckily there are plenty of businesses that will accept our money.
