A fun delicious restaurant! The vibe is super cool and the food was great. And staff was top notch. We got the corn queso, steak and fries salad wedge and the shrimp tacos. All were fantastic! I was worried the shrimp tacos were going to be too sweet. But they were so good!
Phenomenal experience. It was alive and busy with an inviting atmosphere. The food was spectacular. We had the crispy potatoes and the lamb burger, and they were the stars of the show. The drinks were good, but I would not recommend the palmetto paloma. It was far too sour. But. We definitely plan on coming back. Next time we want to chill on the roof.
Nice place if a bit loud on the main floor. Drew was our server and we had a great dinner. Probably the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. I don’t like when cheese is added to my grits, these are steel oat cut grits. They are thick and when paired with the gravy and shrimp, absolutely to die for!
Great atmosphere, great staff, and great food. The drinks were good and cold and the DJ was good too. They accommodated our party of 20 with ease and we all left satisfied. Highly recommend the salmon; it was cooked to perfection.
The food was delicious. If it was hotter I would've gave more stars. It felt like it took our food forever to arrive. We truly enjoyed the ambience of the rooftop, it's a cute establishment.
What an awful experience. My mom and I love this place. I live in GA and she lives in NC so we meet pretty often in Greenville. Usually the food is great here and we have never had a bad experience. Our experience today (for Mother’s Day brunch) was horrible. First, I’ll say our server (a trainee) was working really hard and was extremely nice. We had to wait a while for food, which we were understanding about that because it was busy. When our food finally came out, another server brought it to us. My mom asked nicely if we could ask the server for a few things (specifically, she wanted a couple sides of sauce), the server responded by saying “sure, it’s not like I have any other tables.” We told her don’t worry about it then….well then she told a woman who I assume was a manager as she was dressed differently that “apparently this table needs something else.” The manager came over, my mom asked for what she wanted and explained to her how rude that server had just been to us. All she had to do was just say she would ask our server to come over. The manager just stared at her. No apology, no nothing. Of course our TRAINEE server comes over and apologizes….clearly not his fault and I feel sorry for him having to work in that environment. I have never been spoken to in such a manner by a server, and for the manager to blatantly ignore our concern?! We will never, never be back. Very disappointed.
Great service, portion was large and good drinks. A bit loud, but very fun atmosphere. Great place to get a cocktail , or dinner, at the end of your day. Will come back!
First time here. My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday dinner. we started with two appetizers - fried calamari and avocado basil hummus. superb. I had the lamb burger with fries and a side kale-feta-quinoa salad. Delicious! And the service was great! Our server was Jekiera, she was awesome! They also had a great tasting house cabernet sauvignon.
Gave Ink N Ivy a shot this Sunday after church. Walked right in and got a table a little before 11 AM. The place got a lot more busy by the time we left. The restaurant is well decorated and has an Ashville hippy vibe, with tats, colored hair and nose piercing abound. We sat by a really loud group of girls dressed like mermaids, chugging mimosas, most likely a bridesmaid party. The best part, fortunately, was the food. I ordered a steak and fries wedge salad and my wife ordered the sausage and cheese omelet with grits. We shared a little with each other and both were well prepared and tasted fantastic. The salad looked as good as it tasted. See picture. My only tip for the chef would be to go easy on the cream in the grits. Bill was around $40 with tip. I would recommend you give this place a try. I know we will.
We reserved the top floor for a wedding reception. From the very beginning the management was great in helping us plan and also quickly addressed any questions we had prior to the event. The service crew and bartenders were great and the food was outstanding. Their team and the venue made for a great evening - thanks ink & ivy associates for helping make it a great night!!
