The IHOPPY Hour menu is amazing. Awesome stuff on the cheap.
If you have wait for almost an hour for food then this place to go. Why there more staff in the kitchen out of sight. They could've came out an assisted the young lady who were taking orders and checking on food for three orders including mines who were waiting at the time. An then three people came in and wanted to dine in and the young lady whose taking take out orders goes to let her colleague know that they have a table. An two other ladies came out an took the table of three. Sad
MY EXPERIENCE AT IHOP ON WOODRUFF ROAD IN GREENVILLE, SCHad breakfast at IHOP on Woodruff Rd. today post MD appointment. The place was crowded and we had to wait inthe packed lobby before being seated. I watched a number of people walk up to the door and immediately turn to reenter their cars and drive away. Our server Shannon was so friendly despite being run ragged! But then I noticed she and the others were helping deliver orders all over the restaurant! Everyone of them were smiling and courteous and returning to their assigned tables to be sure no needs were left unfulfilled! We then asked to speak with the supervisor Kelly and related our compliments on the orderliness and competance of her staff! She too had been working fluidity to get people seated and checking back and forth with the servers and kitchen staff. Kelli though clearly dealing with perspiration down the side of her face sang the praises of her well oiled staff. Anyone who refused rewarding this staff today with adequate tips and verbal compliments they should be barred from eating out there forever. Thefood was delicious, arrived so on time reasonable. Kelli states some of the ladies and gentlemen and the cook staff have been together for over twenty years! We had been going once to twice a week. Now we wii ask for Shannon and mention the wonderfull efforts of others! Keep up the great work! You are an amazing crew! Ai
This is by far the best IHOP I've eaten at. My food was too and deliciously made. I do believe that the cook put his/her foot in my food. (Superstitious saying). Portions of food were very big. I had to take a to go box with me. Customer service was great. Manager came out and asked,"How was our service". It's not often managers greet their customers. I will be definitely be going back.
My family was seated and no one ever came to our table. We waited at least 15-20 mins because we really wanted ihop. We watched as several people who came in after us get served. Not one word was said to us. We ended up leaving. So disappointed.**edit to add**We were serious about getting some ihop so we went again the next day and although there was a wait, once seated we had a very attentive waitress. I wish I could remember her name but she was Asian and petite. Also, the hostess was very apologetic about our experience the day before and was very kind, I believe her name started with an “S”! ??
Great staff. Great food. Easily the best IHOP experience of my limited IHOP visits around SC/NC/TNWell worth the price paid. Fast service as well, even on a busy Sunday morning.
The wait for a family of 9 @10:30 am on a Saturday was less then 10 minutes. Our waitress was great, food was great, but the restrooms needed a lot of TLC. Overall we enjoyed our family time at IHOP. ??
Even though they were short staffed and closed. The door was unlocked so we went on in because there wasn't a closed sign. The manager went ahead and seated us and took great care of us. Not sure what his name was, but the experience was amazing! Thanks to him and the crew that he did have that day for a warm welcome, great service and yummy hot food!!
Best IHOP location. I have been eating here for over 25 years. Penny has been the manager my entire life and runs an excellent restaurant that consistently has great food and top-notch service.
