The worst hooters ever food was fresh.. The bar tender was gossiping about strippers, our server was eating on the floor while they had tables, on there phones on the floor just not in uniform omg it was horrible and being an og hooters girl so embarrassed and thats why I guess it wasnt busy at all. I bring my step son to get flirty with the gals he's 10 our server was too busy posting on her story and eating fried pickles to mind her tables
The managers name zac was so rude and i will be contacting hooters corporateI called to ask for a receipt and he hung up on meVery rudeI ask if I could get bartenders name to put in. My review and he said know when I ask how to get a receipt he hung up on meI also was at bar and the kitchen manager and zac were in a heated screaming match at the bar in front of customers and I heard every wordI now know whyThe bartender Hannah I believe could not have been nicer very sweet and great with guest I do not sleep with women so I was not trying to get her info just her name to give a great reviewThis guy zac who was rude to the employees in front of guest is a disgraceHe also needs to dress betterTorn shoes and ratting jeans should not represent a managerSad and shameful
We will never be back. We were told 30 minute wait for a table. Waited over an hour to be seated, then almost two hours later got our food and it was COLD ! (Our waitresses were WONDERFUL, doing everything they could) but we asked to speak to a manager about the food and he copped an attitude. Over a year ago we had a bad experience and finally decided to give it another try, but unfortunately it was 10x worst this time. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND !
The menu states burgers and sandwiches come with curly fries...for waffle fries add x calories...does not state ANY price to substitute except .99c for a salad. I was charged an additional $4.99 for waffle fries and $1.99 for onion ring substitution. Truly dishonest billing practice. Have not been in a hooters for 20 years prior to that and I will not go into that hooters on Laurens Drive ever again! I insisted the manager to take it off and I did not leave a tip..No wonder why people say it is not worth the price they pay!

Being from Chicago, I really enjoyed this one. No Vax pass requirement, no mask requirement, that alone is 5 stars. Food was delicious. Sat down immediately. Beer nice and cold.
Worst service I've had at Hooters. My waitress threw my beer away with about a quarter of it left. Ordered my sandwich Togo with no tomato and I guess that ment plain. Definitely won't be going back there.
It was my first time at Hooters and I really enjoyed myself. The food was great too! Bella was a fantastic server ?
