I was here for business for three days and couldn’t have picked a better place. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels around the country Hilton, Radisson and other five-star hotels. I didn’t need to spend that kind of money in those places to have nicer accoutrements. Staying here was clean, safe and with a very helpful staff. The manager was very attentive in providing what I needed for my business needs. The staff at breakfast was always very friendly and helpful. We were offered complimentary bottled water at the front desk every day, which we took advantage of gratefully. The rooms have very nice finishes and are clean. The work area is also very accommodating. The room darkening shades were especially effective to allow us to sleep according to our time zone. I would stay here any time I come to this region.

Disappointing stay! First we used quite a bit of our points to stay at this hotel for a free night and it was not worth it. First the room - the carpets were so stained everywhere, the entry floor was so sticky, the toilet paper holder was broken, they didn’t give us enough towels, the bottom of the tub was so scratched up and rough (it looked like someone tried to scrape off the bottom) and lastly they are lying about the JR Watkins soap provided. That was not filled with the JR Watkins body wash, shampoo or conditioner- this is false advertising and can cause allergic reactions! But one big gross No No - a long black hair in the sheets! So gross!\\nBreakfast was meh - had better in other Holiday Inn Express hotels. The halls and elevator were dirty and didn’t look like anyone cleaned at all overnight or morning. I talked to the manager the next day and he didn’t seem too concerned so I just stopped sharing because he didn’t seem to care. I enjoyed staying at IHG hotels but now I am definitely second guessing that!\\nSpend your money and points somewhere else!

Convenient to Greenville and Simpsonville. Near I85, lots of retail. We have entered and exited the hotel 5 times since we checked in and only seen someone at the front desk once. We had to get him to come out from the office to check us in. Literally no water pressure whatsoever. Not enough to brush your teeth, never mind taking a shower. Room was clean. Plenty of soap and towels, just no water.

Our family has been traveling for soccer for 7 years and this weekend was one of the best “stay to play” hotel experiences we have ever had. Thank you Ade for helping coordinate our bookings and making sure all the small details were covered... we've never had a hotel reach out to find out what time our first games were so there would be plenty of breakfast available! To the whole Holiday Inn Express team thank you for clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of hot coffee, delivery food recommendations and accommodating last minute room changes for some of our families! You all were amazing.

So happy we read reviews. Woodruff Rd, Holiday Inn Express is fabulous. Immaculate, beds are wonderful, plush and comfy. Linens wonderfully soft, yet crisp. I was sick with a stomach bug, but they had a lobby full of drinks, juice, mainly much needed ginger ale, Pepto Bismal and antacids. I stayed in that wonderful bed after a shower. Nice towels, shower with soap, hair shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Big TV, beautiful furnishings. Won't be our last stay on way to and from FL. Full breakfast is excellent. Everything new and spotless. Very happy travelers. ❤

Everything looked really clean (minus 2 hairs in bathtub).I liked the shampoo and soaps attached to shower wall, very nice touch.Good water pressure!Lots of storage for luggageNice indoor pool area with plenty of pool towelsUpdated fixtures and modern style roomsClose to downtownSprings on the right side of one full sized bed dug into my back - they were lopsided! So we used the other full sized bed.No batteries in remote, so we got batteries from front desk, but remote still didn't work!No channel guide for tv, which we would have benefitted from.Breakfast was actually really nice!Lots of options (yogurt, pancakes, cereal, eggs, biscuits, muffins, etc.)We had an overall nice stay, would stay again!

Definitely would recommend a stay here ! Staff was very polite, facility was very clean, and their breakfast was, hands down, the best we’ve ever had ! Pump soap in the shower was very nice and beds were comfy. I incurred a problem at check-in, having booked through Priceline, and worked with Tom at Holiday Inn Express, to get the problem resolved, to my satisfaction. Great place to stop overnight ! Would use them again !

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was recently renovated. There are several restaurants that you can easily walk to near the hotel. There was ample parking and breakfast had a lot of options. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while in town for a gymnastics competition. The hotel was very nice. The staff was very welcoming and always polite! The only negative was I had to go ask for towels from the pool. But on my way back there was someone stacking it back up! The shampoo was also empty in the shower but I had my own and forgot to let them know on my way out. The room was very clean. We got a king bed and a pull out sofa. You could tell the sofa had been attended to with clean sheets and made up. The small fridge was cold and there were plenty of light options in the room! The pool was open which was nice and clean. Breakfast was great! I love their cinnamon rolls. They also had potatoes which I don’t usually see at the Holiday Inns. That was a plus! Great place to stay!

Do not book your parties here. It been a while since I’ve stayed here but my sister rented a conference room for her engagement. Keep in mind, party was intimate. Not that many people. It’s around 9pm and the manager and a cop came in with an attitude saying turn the music down. It really wasn’t even the cop. It was the manager with the attitude. So the DJ turned the music down. He left and we resume the party. The music was never turned back up. He comes back 40 minutes later with a bigger attitude and talking about turn the music all the way down. He had the DJ to turn it down to the point of if I had a little portable speaker that would be the volume. I got upset because first of all it’s your delivery on how you talk to people. Secondly if you are renting out conference rooms there should be a sound decimal limit in the contract if there is a problem and third IT WAS MY SISTER’S ENGAGEMENT. Me and my father had to talk to the man because we were highly upset and it cause the guests to not feel comfortable.
