Ice cream is awesome. Workers couldn't care less about anything and are very rude.
5 stars - no doubt. However, the straw was too skinny. At least for the shakes, they need to have fat straws ?
Guy in the front has horrible customer service. Im usually okay with it during the holidays bc I understand the stress but I really had to buy somewhere else. I can see why it was empty.
Best place in the mall
The ice cream at Haagen Daz is delicious! I can't speak for every flavor; however, I got a regular-sized coffee chip and chocolate-chip cookie dough ice cream which tasted like a high-quality dessert. The kitchen was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. My only complaint was that the ice cream is overpriced for the portion sizes. If you are willing to spend a little extra money, I would recommend this ice cream place.
It was lovely! The staff were very kind, there was no wait hardly at all and most importantly- the Ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be returning!
Haägen Dazs is the best ice cream place I have ever eaten at in the world. The little sweet princess there is so great partially because she’s my girlfriend but also because she provides great customer service. I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed and will be happy you ate there.
