Arrived Saturday 4/30 and were seated at 11:30 am. Drink order took 20 minutes to arrive, food order took even longer. One of us needs well-cooked beef and his burger ordered well-done was raw. Considering the wait, it’s hard to believe it hadn’t even been cooked to order. Service is an issue everywhere, but it was disappointing, nevertheless. To her credit, our server offered another burger, but we had a show at the Peace Center, and after so much waiting we didn’t think it would be ready in time. She took the raw burger off our bill. We felt terrible that we had recommended this restaurant after previous good experiences only to have our first-time visitor family have such a negative experience.

Very good service. Food was good too! Hamburger was a little to well done but still good. Had fries as well and they were delicious!

The food was good. I'm not sure if it was worth the price, seeing how we just ordered the basic burgers and What the Cluck (their version of a grilled chicken club. They were very busy and the wait staff was obviously stretched thin. However, our waiter did his best to refill everyone's drinks and check in as often as possible. He was doing his best under the circumstances.I would recommend the Burger combo which is a basic burger, fries, and a basic milkshake $17 plus tax (tea and fountain drinks are $2.25 extra).

Not the best food experience. Bland burger & dry fries. Dinky little chicken tenders. Really pricey for what we received. We ordered carry out because it was only a one block walk from our condo. Not worth it. This is the third negative experience in a row here. From now on, we’ll skip the food and just stick to their delicious milkshakes.

We were in town for March Madness & heard great things about this place. We were not disappointed. We arrived for lunch and were given a 45 minute wait time. The hostess told us we could browse around the area - they would text when our table was ready (it was about 35 minutes). We ordered several different types of burgers - smash burger; mushroom & Swiss with grilled onions; traditional - as well as chicken fingers, all with regular fries. We also had the triple play appetizer with sweet potato fries, shoestring onion rings, & fried dill pickles. The sauces were out of this world. We all agreed the burgers were the best we had ever had. The buns were soft but slightly crispy, and the sweet tea was what it should be in the South. We wanted shakes but we’re too full to indulge ourselves. Service was good despite the restaurant being incredibly crowded. The patio is pet friendly which is a bonus (they bring out bowls of water for pups). We will be back!

Great burgers! Unbelievable shakes! Strawberry Cheesecake shake was a masterpiece! Great customer service.

Love the option to sit somewhat outside and do some people watching haha!...i had trouble deciding which burger to order but opted for some sliders to get a mix of flavors. Really good stuff. Decent selection of beer as well and the bar service was good.

great atmosphere and staff. Food was GREAT!!!!!

Everything great staff and accommodations

My little boy and I waited an hour and finally grabbed a first come first serve spot on a busy Saturday night. Honestly I expected average food but I was wrong! The hamburger was cooked exactly as I requested, medium rare, which never happens and it was juicy and delicious. Also the sweet potato fries were amazing. I wish I knew our severs name but she was incredible. We will return.
