The place was spotless and our server was very kind and helpful. Loved the food as well. Definitely hope to visit next time I'm down.
To sum it up: Pretty good burger, but at least a tad overpriced. Probably won't go out of my way to eat here again. The burger meat was seasoned well and had a good texture/consistency, but was drier than I expected. Had the patty been moist, it would have kicked it up a couple notches. Worth $16? Without fries? Eh... ?♂️I "upgraded" my fries to the tune of $5 without realizing it once I added fries to the meal. The fries came with a small section of cut up hot dog on it, some "chilli"?, ketchup, and mustard. It tasted good but was nothing to write home about - I wouldn't order them again.Overall, was mid $20s for my meal. My whole family was almost $80.With current inflation and costs going up, there are other establishments that were my go-to for a burger that have reached similar prices. It's hard to fault Grill Marks that hard for the price when every other non-fastfood burger has climbed to this price point in the last year.
Excellent burger actually cooked rare. Medley of fries was amazing. Good service, reasonable prices. A cut way above mall food.
This restaurant has been a disappointment every time I visit. The cleanliness was a disaster. Walking through the floors was sticky and dirty.I even saw cob webs on the wall with chipped paint. Most of the waiters/ waitress were hard to find. The manager at the time literally walked pass the garbage on the floor and did nothing fix it.Food was pretty good but I was worried about the cleanliness in the kitchen if they could not keep up with the outside area. Overall cross your fingers when eating in this place.
Stopped in for lunch while doing errands. Burger was good although I didn’t care much for the dipping sauce for my fries. I decided to build my own Burger because I wasn’t feeling what they had on the menu. Overall it was good and tasty and my burger was cooked exactly how I ordered it. I was not disappointed.
I typically write positive reviews, but couldn't this time. Was a very slow night and maybe 5 tables seated in the restaurant so figured it would be quick. Walking to the table I noticed how slick the floor was like it had a grease film over it. I ordered a draft beer and it didn't come until the appetizers, even though there was only 1 person seated at the bar. My burger came out very well done but I didn't complain because I didn't specify. Also while I was eating on of the members of the kitchen staff was standing out in the dining room eating ice cream and watching TV. Hopefully a better experience next time
Fries were good. Burger was actually a bit bland and bun was dry. The worst part is that they were horribly understaffed. After being sat we waited about 15 minutes before we saw a waitress. We put our whole order in. Then we didn't get our food for almost 45 minutes. Our waitress was so sweet, but so overwhelmed. She was crying as she was working. She has a baby at home and hadn't slept in almost 48 hours and was mandated to work a double, waiting on half the restaurant. We tipped her well. But it would have been nice to see a business taking better care of it's employees.
Placed a carryout order for six people with a bill of over $130.00. Staff failed to deliver several orders of the fries. Two burgers were not completed as ordered. Additionally, the food for the price is way overpriced. The size of the burgers for almost $13 a piece was junior sized. A chicken sandwich contained about four chicken nuggets worth of chicken and cost almost $14. No salad dressing for an ordered salad. Stay away this place is terrible and not worth the cost.
Burgers so delicious! I love ordering the buffalo patty for mine. I love the "build your own burger" option on the menu, and typically go that route. The parmesan truffle fries with the sauce is delicious too!The Freak Shakes. I swear they can be their own meal, absolutely delicious food. Not a single complaint, I will definitely frequent more often.
We came here for the 2022 Restaurant Week. For $35, you get three appetizers, two burgers, and a milkshake. It was a steal. The appetizers were so much that we brought some home. The Trifecta of appetizers were truffle fries, fried pickles, and onion rings. For burgers, we both got the BCB burger and they were probably the best traditional burger I've tasted. It was juicy and flavorful. The milkshake unfortunately was a downer in our visit. Hence why this review was a four star. It wasn't even a milkshake but rather a cup of milk. The shake was sooo melted that it was pure liquid and no ice! But other than the shake, everything was great!
