After seeing the reviews on how the lady is so rude that answers the phone and works out front... I didn't know if I wanted to try this restaurant. I just called and placed my order and she was not rude at all. Maybe you all that are complaining don't know how to order off of the menu. She was extremely nice and I have no complaints.
I used to frequent this restaurant, but the past few times the food was rotten. The tofu in the hot and sour soup was putrid on more than one occasion. I let them know it was rotten and they did nothing to make it right.
Food has changed over the past year or two, and it was for the best I love the shrimp lo mein . Taste more fresh than it did a few years ago .
Cashier is rude and argumentative. Her English is not clear at all when she speaks. So when you ask her to repeat herself she just yells instead of making sure she speaks slowly and clearly. I got five egg rolls and she only gave me 2 duck sauces ??♀️. Please put a better restaurant here.
You don’t get what you order or pay for. This is my 2nd time trying this place. 1st time was bad but figured I’d give them another chance. I order sesame chicken with no broccoli and paid the up charge for fried rice. Drive 10 miles back home and guess what, I got white rice and broccoli. The food is mediocre at best. I should’ve gone to Chang An in Traveler Rest. Chang an always gets it right and the quality is a million times better.
The lady is rude. She is always Stingy with the sauces
Excellent food. Clean store,I had a question on how to order extra hot and spicy chicken lo mein. They had The owner call me personally and said to ask for a container of hot spicy oil next time. That the girl who took order probably didn't understand what I was requesting. It was very nice owner called me to tell me. He apologized. I said no problem . I would still continue to order again.

Food seemed old, but still edible. Went around 4:30 so maybe it was because the time we went ?♀️
