Nice place, but they were out if the wonton chips.. they are a critical item, so it just didn't taste the same... bummer. The bigger pieces of baby corn weren't cooked long enough, were hard and cool in middle.

Worst service of our life. Never got a refill on drinks, bathrooms disgusting, had to ask where to pay. Appetizer was disgusting. Server asked how it was as I said it was horrible he already left the table. I loved this place in Texas but this location in Greenville, SC is absolutely horrible. $70 before a tip for three people to eat with no service, bad food, and no refills!

Underwhelming is best to describe. The concept is good but the portion for price is not there. Food was extremely burnt making everything taste well just burnt. Staff was nice but food was not cooked well at all.

Always a great experience but today took the cake. Great server and workers at the food bar. Always a treat to come here. Love the staff and the food

My husband and I were going here because we saw good reviews. We went there and waited to be seated and people just looked at us and ignored us. We tried to be nice and wait a few more minutes but they kept carrying on a conversation and just looked at us. We left and we won’t be coming back to this location. Also, it smelled awful in there.

Price versus food was a little high. Service was lack luster and spent more time hanging out with the other employees, forgot to put our order in for appetizers just overall meh experience. The hu hut that Greenville had was a much better Mongolian stir fry and a buffet to boot.

Very expensive for what you get. They did away with the unlimited bowl which we like to sample different things. We won’t come back

First time here. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful as this restaurant had a slightly different procedure from others I have been to. The meats were all great quality. Recommend 100%.

I thought I'd gone prepared. I looked at the menu online and read some reviews, but I just wasn't prepared for the array of choices of meats, veggies, spices (well, powdery stuff), and sauces. And there they are, all in a lineup in front of you and you've chosen the small bowl. The server told us we could pile it as high as we liked but my brain turned to mush. I put on one thing and then wished I'd looked it all over first when I saw something else but stuck with what I'd gotten and when it arrived, it was delicious. The small was just the right size for lunch without being excessive and requiring a to-go box. My husband was very happy with his concoction. It was interesting to watch them cook on the big round grill. Next time (and there will be a next time) we'll be better prepared. I thought our server was very helpful, ascertaining that we were newbies. They started out short-staffed but we were there early and more servers and chefs showed up as more patrons arrived.

It’s been a few years since my last visit to Genghis Grill. Was throughly surprised with the full bar. Great!!! Danielle made me a good long island ice tea (no sweet & sour) and took care of me too. I’ll definitely be back!!!
