The online ordering system at this restaurant is deeply deeply flawed. I ordered online, was quoted a time, clicked the button indicating that I was on my way, clicked the button when I arrived and went to pick up my order at the counter. 15 minutes after the quoted time I got in line to tell the cashier I was here in case there was an issue. She told the back line and they pulled my ticket from the side and THEN started working on it. What is the point of order ahead if you still wait in line and then wait for them to cook your order? It’s now 20 minutes passed the quoted time and we still don’t have food.I will be refraining from visiting Five Guys in Cherrydale until they learn how to utilize the online ordering system correctly.
Too damn expensive for a damn burger. For a DAMN FINE griddle top burger on a fresh bun, and some weird toppings sure to get you a strange look from the cashier. Fun time, shirt is still recovering from sloppy eating.
Friendly and helpful. Chocolate shake hit the spot. Not crowded nor was there a wait. Clean bathrooms
Great burgers but a bit pricey. Restaurant was a mess with trash littering the floor and tables dirty.
Good food and good service. It's a bit pricey but now they have milkshakes

I think its a little pricey for lunch. Stax nearby has a better burger and it didnt cost me $15 for my lunch
Great burgers! Huge portions of fries, they're almost too salty though.
