The food is delicious, and always fresh. But most importantly the customer service is what makes this place even more incredible. They are very personable and don’t mind starting a conversation. While waiting for your food don’t be surprised to get sense of humor as well as stories about our families. Finding out we have so much in common. If you want good food and over the top customer service I assure you it will all be worth it and have you coming back for the overall experience.
Called the restaurant to let them know that i received my order with a container open and food in the bottom of the bag. Their response was the container was closed and its not their fault. I probably made a mistake and have to be careful removing from bag. At that point the bag was only placed on the counter and looked into not touched. A simple im sorry would have sufficed. I have been a customer for years and am disappointed with how this situation was handled.
I called to make a delivery order (I live less than 5 miles from restaurant) and was told to use GrubHub because my home was too far away. What a shame to lose business over something so silly. I may be “not with the times” but when a house is less than 5 miles away and your restaurant offers independent delivery, why tell a customer to use a 3rd party deliverer?
Made Lo mein with angel hair pasta and actually had a tomato base taste to it, more like a spaghetti. Claimed that the Door dash plain was for no fried rice rather than plain fried rice, so they did not send. Total bust. Do not recommend.
If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. This owner has nothing but terrible service, cold food, missing food, treats you like trash, yells at you, hung up on, lied to, and the best yet.... cussed at. (Social Media coming soon). My wife and I ordered our food and they forgot my cheese wanton. I call and got the owner, she proceeded to ask me what I want to about it? Um bring My food. I was told an hour (for wanton) or I can come get it myself. Obviously I got upset this was a $60 order with a $15 tip and we live 5 minutes away how are you going to tell me an hour when it's your mistake. The owner proceeds "It's f***k**g Friday I'm busy" appalled I asked if she just said that to me... 'Yes and repeated it word for word the same thing. She proceeded to hang up on me twice. I don't care what day it is you don't talk to a customer or me that way when I'm paying you and you messed up my food. She made one mistake wasn't going to make a big deal but THIS no too far. The Owner and First Wok does not know what's about to hit them. There will be alot of complaints submitted. Do not eat here!
Great doordash experience even on Christmas Day, fresh hot food with perfectly seasoned traditional American-Chinese flavors. Thanks for helping us keep our traditions!
Slow slow slow service. Had to repeat order a few times. Staff acted like they were high and just didn't care. Then only get a small small amount of food for the money.
This food was horrible. I am truly upset because I ordered to-go and left a $10 tip on a $50 order. We can’t even eat it, it tastes so bad. I really want all of my money back but we know that’s not an option. I thought about maybe finding someone to give it to but then I would feel guilty because I know it’s disgusting. The worst ever. If you’re not from here please don’t make the mistake I did and go here. You will be disappointed.. We ordered shrimp egg foo young with shrimp fried rice general tso chicken with fried rice two shrimp rolls and two orders of chicken wings and a order of fried dumplings. Everything was disgusting ? literally the worst takeout ever. The people at the counter were nice, part of the reason why I left a $10 tip on a to go order. I think I will call because it smells spoiled too. This was horrible..
Was told they dont deliver to my house. They delivered earlier this month to my house for one, for two its 2.5 miles away (behind the sphinx on whitehorse road near a few miles before the flea market. Where in the world DO you deliver if not 2.5 miles away , and Ill say it again I received food here earlier this month. I tipped the driver Gwido 10 bucks!! Screw this roach hotel. Ill go to the buffett in front of the Walmart on Whitehorse and get my food to go if I wanted to pick up Chinese food. Lol. Looserss!
