I really do wish I could say something positive because I love Firehouse Subs, I guess I can the subs were great as always. But when I walked in one person was sitting in the floor behind the counter. One person leaned up against the counter on her phone would not even look up at me. One guy just stood there and finally came to the counter and took my order. Then they all just looked at each other like who is going to be bothered by making my sandwiches. No one act like they even wanted to be there and that I was interrupting them by even being there or ordering something. Very sad very very sad. I probably will not be back. That way you're free to be on your phone and sat on the floor behind the counter. And you don't have to worry about me interrupting your time at work anymore.
Nice, simple sandwich place with excellent courteous staff. Typical menu with lots of choices. Everything is made on the spot from fresh ingredients. Definitely would use them again.
I orderd tomatoes on my sandwich, got all the way home to find one slice of tomatoe on a footlong sandwich.

the workers there were so nice and SO patient despite my long orders! they were consistently polite and even really funny! and everything was so clean and neat! i very much enjoyed my meatball and enjoyed the service even better! 10/10 would come again!

Love Firehouse - but ordered no mustard no mayonnaise on and got mayonnaise on it - yuk! Unfortunately it was a to go order. Double checked my receipt and it showed what I ordered. I expect more from Firehouse. At least at Subway and Chipotle I can watch them build it
