The waitress was ok. She got my water wrong. I asked for a water no lemon, she gave me a water with no ice. I ordered a lemon drop and she gives me a margarita. I know it was busy and loud so I didnât get to upset about those things. I had the special which was a NY strip with a loaded baked potato. One thing I have learned you do not need a lot of salt. The steak was a bit salty. Itâs other things to use besides salt. Otherwise everything was great. Including the ranch. I will go back. You can go wrong with Firebirds. Itâs become a fave of ours. We love the Specials especially with everything being so expensive with inflation.

I had the salmon my husband had the New York strip steak special, my husband's steak was a little undercooked but they speedily fixed it and it was one of the best steaks I've tasted in a long time the staff was unbelievable and the food was,as always, amazing.

So tired of having to wait for staff to arrive to be seated. Our 5:15 reservation, arrived ar 5:10, we were sat at 5:42. Consider somewhere else where reservations are promptly adhered to.
Must try the BAJA SHRIMP, SALMON.. MASH POTATOES⦠LEMON CAKE .. .. we had a real great time with the best waitress.. food was AHMAZING .. absolutely love Firebirds for itâs smoked grilled taste all itâs meats .. Oh! The bread ð¥ is the BEST!! I always ask for honey ð¯
First time we were seated in the center section which was quite a bit noisier than on the sides. Still had a great time and the food and service were wonderful as always.
