My husband and I stopped by to try the duck fat French fries. Disappointed. They were not hot and crispy as expected. It wasn’t very busy, so I don’t know why the fries weren’t cooked properly.
Walked in off the street at 10pm and ordered the Ferrera Rocher torte. Blew my mind! Delicious dessert and staff was so friendly! Will definitely be back!
We stopped in on a WED evening for their Happy Hour. Drinks OK, their appetizers also good. Limited food menu if you wanted to stay for dinner.
My wife and I stopped in for dinner. The burgers are great, but the desserts are incredible. We had a sampler of four different desserts. We thought they would be small samples, but the portions were much larger than we expected. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
My first time at Encore; couldn’t wait to try it. They offer A nice happy hour 4-7pm (not sure what days etc...) and a nice bar area. Nice atmosphere & friendly, helpful servers. Gonna give this place another try. Tasty entrees. They even have a gluten-free dessert (yes, I’m that customer) that was delicious!
Last evening we were invited to a wine-tasting with small plates food pairings at Encore Gastrolounge. We hugely enjoyed the evening from the 5 well-chosen wines of Joseph Wagner to the (too large!) portions of delectable foods -- cheese board, duck fat fries, beef & risotto, OMG chocolate & ice cream -- and the 6 new-to-us wine lovers who participated. Owner Elizabeth is a delight, VERY enthused about her new-ish enterprise with long-time restaurant partner Heather. So eager to please -- and so successful at it. We will return soon and often. The owner, staff and culinary offerings are all top notch!!!!! I just started frequenting Encore as my initial thought that it was bar for the younger crowd but I did venture in was amazed at the quality of the food and staff. It is now on my regular list for dining and entertaining!!!
We visited Encore as a stop on a cocktail tour. The cozy, warm atmosphere is welcoming. The cocktail that was served was delicious. We enjoyed the restaurant so much we went back latter in the night and tried other cocktails and little plates. The food was good and the desserts even better. Recommend going on Thursday evenings when there entertainment.
While in town for a conference, a group of business associates and I enjoy a great time of food and fellowship at this restaurant. We ordered multiple small plates and all were outstanding! We had a great server who was very helpful with the selections and beverages.
New restaurant/bar in previous restaurant/bar with minor updates to the contemporary décor. Menu is a little limited but what we ate was excellent. For appetizers the Egg Salad sampler was a hit out of the park in taste and surprise. Duck fat fries were very good. For entrees the duck breast was another winner and the creole snapper fine. As an encore, we plan to return
