Go somewhere else for take out!!Terrible service. We had an order of 4 meals, one was wrong. NBD but after driving back to the restaurant, it was wrong again. They were rude about it saying "What's wrong now?" We even repeated the order twice and it was read back. Then, they didn't refund (just the 1 entree) properly, resulting in 2 transactions and essentially double payment for the entire $40 order which is going to be pending for days at the bank.
The taco salad I ordered, was the worst representation of a salad.A handful of lettuce with cold chicken and cheese with a few tomatoes on top literally thrown in a soggy shell.Even the Chips were stale.By far the worst Mexican food I've ever had.
We have ordered from here many times and never had a problem however today that was not the case. A chicken quesadilla was ordered ONLY chicken and cheese and was made incorrectly. no big deal, we drive back to the restaurant and ask for it to be remade and the man up front was very rude but went to tell the kitchen to remake it. long story short, it was made wrong again. when brought to their attention they were very rude once again. will not be going back. how do you mess up a chicken quesadilla amd then attack the customer when its brought to your attention ?????
I will never eat there just for the simple fact is the staff is very unprofessional. As a door dash delivery driver I picked up and order and an employee handed me the wrong order. Then when I returned the food another worker said I took the wrong order. Excuse me sir? No your employee handed me the wrong order. Good thing I checked it before leaving the parking lot.
This is by far my favorite local Mexican restaurant. The staff are always amazing and happy to serve. I have tried nearly everything on the menu and I'm always more than satisfied! Even the baskets of chips are impressive! Freshly made every day!Would recommend 10/10. Fantastic restaurant.
The manager was so rude. My daughter called and the manager kept hanging up in her face. She came in and said something and before she could finish he interrupted her because he had an attitude. There weren’t that many people in the restaurant. I understand that they were doing a job but you don’t hang up on a customer and cut them off when they try to tell you something. That was very rude and disrespectful. But what goes around comes around.
Standards for cleanliness and quality very low here. Bathrrom was filthy and slipped on the floor on the way back. I can only imagine the kitchen. My $10 enchilada platter was a joke. 4 very small corn tortillas wrapping flavorless chicken, ground beef, cheese and beans. No enchilada sauce or seasonings whatsoever and piled high with lettuce to make it look adequate..it was not. Stay as far from this place as you can.
We ordered door dash with fajitas for two, two large chicken soups and two large mango juices. The total after DoorDash charge was $65.00 before tipping the DoorDash driver. Food gets here and there are no tortillas which are the main reason of fajitas . I call hoping and expecting understanding and help with the situation after the money we just spend. The manager was the biggest disrespectful piece of trash I have ever experienced when it comes to professional communication and literally didn’t care. He literally told us he doesn’t care, we ordered door dash cause we don’t have the means to drive. He even admitted that they didn’t give us tortillas. We will never order from here again and I hope no one else will, this establishment needs to hire a different manager because he clearly doesn’t care about customers.
Great wait staff here! I got the California Burrito and it was pretty good. Free chips which is becoming more rare I feel like. Large menu.
The chips were cold and pre cooked, the chicken fajita had no flavor, the salsa was bland. The service was horrible.
