When you advertise online that you have dine in, you have dine in! I understand the short staffing as I deal with it as well. Yet you still take care of a customer that was trying to purchase four dozen donuts! That's fine Krispy Kreme will take my money, and will allow me to order INSIDE THE STORE to ensure my order is correct. Long time customer, gone.And update your online, as you are providing FALSE INFORMATION to patrons.

Didn't have the individual creamers and couldn't figure out how to get me so. Hesitant to put in a separate cup. I have always gotten my Dunkin coffee this way because no matter how much I stress a little cream I end up drinking warm milk.

Worst service ever, unbelievably rude employee, and NO sign saying DRIVE THRU ONLY on a busy Saturday. Multiple people walked in to be turned around and sent back to get in the unacceptably slow, long drive thru line. Krispy Kreme would never let me down like this!

Quick. Fast. My favorite Dunkin so far in SC and I tell everyone to go there. Friendly. Professional.It seems like the ones in Duncan, Greer, Spartanburg suck. We waited at those for at least 1/2 hour in drive thru and inside.

This is the slowest DD I have ever visited. The drive thru is ALWAYS packed and slow. They also have the front door unlocked yet you CANT ORDER INSIDE. Terrible for business. Do better!

I walked into Dunkin Donuts to get donuts for the employees this morning. When I walked in there were kids sleeping in the floor and the guy working told me that they were drive thru only. If you are doing drive thru only have a note on the door and the door locked. I am sure you are supposed to have kids sleeping in the floor at a restaurant. I went to Chick-fil-A instead I am sure the employees will be happier also.

Worst location in this area. I walked up to the counter inside and was ignored at least three times by the girl working. They were very busy and understaffed, but I was not even acknowledged. I walked out and went to the Woodruff Road location where I get good service.

Took a long time and had to remake a drink and then I paid for bacon on my sandwich and didn't get it. I left a $2 tip because I know fast food sucks sometimes. I called immediately to let them know and I got no amswer...

Maybe this store could consider having the inside open AT LEAST for pick up ordersMy order is getting cold, I’ve been in line for 10 minutes like this, and I’ve already paid for it, so I guess I’m SOL? This location seems to never have their inside open, but their drive thru backed up constantly. If you’re that short on staff that constantly, maybe close the location for the time being or have other locations in the district send people over to help y’all outDunkin could pay their employees more than 8.50, and I’m sure this issue would resolve itself
