I was disappointed. We were told that they discontinued sweetened hazelnut syrup. One of the speciality drinks was unavailable because they were out of that syrup. Tried the other drink. Not great, The service was good though. Sweet girl.
Y'all won't stop being rude to delivery Driver . Why can't y'all stop the contract. Very unprofessional smh . Y'all don't clean , don't wash hands . No gloves ... How y'all pass a sanitary inspection ?
Never again ! No doughnuts , coffee was warm, and sign said done in was closed but it wasn’t ! Lady didn’t even give me my coffee! They had no glazed doughnuts at 9 am! Why call herself a doughnut shop and not have doughnuts?? They get one shipment a day ! That’s it! I’m going to Kristen Cream from now on!
My visit to the Woodruff Rd location was horrid. My order was done online and it was informed that it was ready for pickup and when I arrived I'm not entirely sure if it was ready or not quite frankly because individuals came in after me multiple made orders at the counter received their orders and left as I stood there asking where my order was several times. An employee told me well sir it comes in the order that we received them. At this point I've been standing there for about 20 minutes and 10 people that came in after me and ordered way after me cuz I ordered online, got there food and left. I ended up leaving the location because my frustration grew to the point where I felt if I was there any longer I was going to lose my cool which I wasn't going to do over coffee and donuts. I will post this review which is factually accurate, to inform everyone that this location treated me like I was non existent. That I didn't matter there's no worse feeling than that. I will never ever step foot in that location ever again or a Dunkin' donuts location anywhere. I don't care how good their coffee is or how good their donuts are, I'll pay the extra three bucks at Starbucks. At least they care. I felt like 3 ft tall.
I have always loved this Dunkin Donuts location but the last few times I’ve been here they have screwed up my drinks,we’ll Friday I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese,not only was it burnt it only had a thin layer of cream cheese on the bottom half of the bagel,normally there is so much cream cheese on both sides I have to scrape it off.This is my final visit to this location I will drive out of my way to go yo another location,this is in acceptable not only was I not able to eat my bagel due to it being burnt and barely any cream cheese on it,I had to wait 18 minutes in drive thru line to get it.
As long as you go the right time of day to this one it is quick friendly and good coffee food and service.
Dirty floor inside. Three different employees using tables for breaks and schedule discussions. I was shouted at when the worker threw my late food item towards me. They thought they gave me the wrong item, so three different people shouted "Sir!" at me. They had not so they said I could leave with my sandwich. Also, no muffins ready at 11:45. For this location, the good old days are over when going to Dunkin donuts was a treat.
This was the worst Dunkin’ experience. For a person who spends a lot of money on coffee I can truly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I asked for a pumpkin latte and the cashier gave me something totally different. The service is slow as well.
The WORST Dunkin Donuts experience I’ve ever had in my entire life!!!! The cashier was so RUDE And forgot half my order and I truly believe she deliberately did what you see in the bottom of my coffee cup. I truly wish I could remember her name Nu St t so I could blast her on here and I rarely give bad reviews or talk bad about ppl (just look for yourself on my past reviews). I only remember that she was white, short with brown hair and a terrible attitude!!!?
i think this Woodruff road DD has given up. No service, no muffins, DD App does not work there. 2 employees during peak hours. been like this for all of '21 if not longer. Adjust to COVID or give up, i am sorry
