While everyone here is very nice and friendly this location is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. Today for example, went pulled in a spot, no signs anywhere saying the dining area was closed, got to the door and it's locked. Waited to get in the drive thru got to the drive thru and turns out half of the menu isn't being served. Again no signs saying any of this. I got an iced black coffee for my husband and when the girl handed it to me I thought she was giving me a sweet tea. I don't drink a lot of coffee but even I knew it would be weak. Turned out to be super watery. My husband has come by multiple times around 615-630 when they first open only to be told they didn't have bagels made at that time. Y'all open at 6 and don't have bagels made first thing? That's what people come here for breakfast and coffee.
This has got to be the worst Dunkin in the world! I love Dunkin’ and I’m forced to go to Starbucks because every single time I try to come here, I’m met with the worst service. My drink is always bad and the staff is incredibly rude. The Dunkin where I used to live was so good and the staff was always so nice. I went today and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they said they were closing at 5. There was no sign on the door or the drive through which is the courteous thing to do. It was already a horrible day, and I started bawling. Super disappointed and I would tell everyone to stay away from here. This location really isn’t needed, and apparently it’s a common consensus amongst the people that reside in this area. I have been in the hospitality industry, and did it for 5 years, so I know it’s difficult, but I would never treat someone the way this Dunkin has treated me, and countless other individuals.
I'm sorry but the donuts here are terrible. Tastes kinda freezer burnt or like they cooked them in the same oil with fish. Leaves a waxy like layer in your mouth when you eat them. Soft, fluffyish, moist and sweet, that's what we want. Not hard, stale, dry and over saturated in sugar to hide a bad product. What happened to you Dunkin? Publix has better fresh donuts than you, pretty sad...
Got 2 ice coffees and egg bites and mini bagal bites.Eggs was cold like just pulled from cooler and bagal bites was frozen on the inside. The coffees was very nasty . I go to the one off palham rd and they are great .. NOT THIS ONE ON WADE HAMPTON
I dont understand liking Starbucks. If someone brought it to my home I wouldn't drink it. Especially when Dunkin Donuts is here! The best coffee hands down. Who can resist a Boston cream donut. Iced chocolate on one side, but the middle is Boston Cream it oozes out as you eat it. It's like vanilla pudding on steroids. It was voted the most popular donut a few years back.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Drive through not helpful at all. Very rude and like they didn't want to help. I understand the problem with covid but if you have to work the customer is not the problem.
We got 3 egg, bacon and cheese croissant sandwich. The eggs were green and had a horrible taste to them so none of us would eat them. We also ordered hash browns that were to hard to even eat. I called the restaurant and informed them and their response was "ok I'll let the cook know". It was a wasted $26 in food. Wasn't even offered to replace the order. Will never go back to this location again. The staff was uncaring and poor customer service
This corporation STEALS! I had gift cards to use, and when I came to this location, they said they would not accept it because they take cash only. But Dunkin had no problems taking cash in exchange for a gift card!
Decent coffee options. The doughnuts and other pastries there are unfrozen and made daily, I believe. The breakfast options arewhat they are, but not bad on their own, Sandwhiches are microwaved decently,
Went through the drive thru and the woman already mad. I ordered and she didn’t tell me my total, just said to pull around. I drove up to the window and waited a couple minutes before anyone came. Then the girl didn’t even say a word to me. We stared at each other for a good couple of seconds before I started feeling awkward and handed her my money still without knowing the price!! She handed me everything and neither of us said a word. That was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Very rude and unprofessional.
