Refused my wife and I to enter the lobby, so we went through the drive-through, but they were out of essential ingredients.
I was honestly going to tip but the staff weren't friendly in the drive thru at all. They gave me the "snackin bacon" ice cold and when I brought it back in, they said it was policy to give it cold and that they weren't supposed to serve it hot. This is the first time I've ever received it cold out of all the locations I've been to. I'm not sure if they meant that they couldn't reheat it or if they were just lazy. I tried eating it but it's just terrible. Waste of time and money. I don't normally write many reviews but this was really disappointing. If they couldn't have reheated it, I would have at least hoped for another order of them as these aren't even edible. 0/10
Both of my experiences here have been pretty bad. You probably won’t get your full order and it is unlikely you will be treated very nicely (though there may be a couple exceptions). Also plan to block off your full morning for the drive through line.
It was our first time ordering coffee and the lady at the drive-thur was so aggressive and rude to us. If she could she would have bitten our heads off because we didn’t quite understand the menu and she clearly had no interest, energy or will to do her job and explain it to us. NEVER GOING BACK there. If you need coffee just drive less than a minute from there and have a Starbucks.
The drive thru staff was so rude and aggressive, so much so that I just drove off. I’m not asking for employee to be gregarious, but you cannot be rude and aggressive. Attempted first time and last time customer.
Love the girl who usually works at 6am! Friendly, quick service, and I haven't had an issue with my order yet.
This is my local Dunkin to work. I come to this one at least 1 a week sometimes 2-3 times. The staff for the most part is friendly and the drinks are pretty consistent. However, there's been a few times I've had a few short or rude employee encounters along with never knowing if the lobby will be open. Overall however, the consistency is there.
I swear this location is the worst of the worst. You can order the same thing Everytime and never know what it's going to taste like. I live very close but I will be driving 10 more minutes to go to a good one or go to Starbucks from now on.
Had a longer wait in line than I was hoping. Staff seemed confused about my order through the DD app. Tried to give me the wrong drink and a donut, which I never ordered. After three tries, they got it right!
Went in this morning and had a wonderful experience with the staff! So kind and personable, super helpful with our complicated order as well. Prepared everything in a timely matter with great attitudes. Thank you all so much! Keep up the good work!
