We have been to this Dunkin twice and have had amazing service
I used to go to this Dunkin regularly, but I will no longer give any business to Dunkin. On November 9 at 7am I ordered $77 worth of boxes of Joe on the app. The payment went through. When I went to pick up the coffee they said they were out of all boxes of Joe. I was in a time crunch for a work event (what I purchased the coffee for) and I had to leave to find another solution. When I went back to get a refund they were not able to refund me...the manager told me to call Dunkin corporate, which I did, and I've been waiting on a call back for weeks now. Top to bottom disappointing service.

I ordered a very easy one . Bagel with cream cheese. I got a sausage without cheese, had to throw it in trash
This Dunkin Donuts is definitely worth the 5 stars,it’s way out of my way but I don’t mind the drive to get good coffee made correct and fresh donuts for my kids,and this location actually knows how to toast an everything bagel without burning it and puts cream cheese on both sides.The staff also goes above and beyond to make sure every order is made correct.I highly recommend this location.

The employee at this location take no pride in the food they served on the customer. If this the case they should look for a different work elsewhere! It hasn't been the first time Unfortunately, I would not be returning!! I would rather pay more and got up the street to Starbucks then get nasty food. The employee need better training when it come to costmers service and food preparation ? I can't believe this business is going down in every level.
