Staff is awful and slack. I’ve been waiting on my online order since 10:15 or so it, 11:26 and i still haven’t gotten my order and it says it still being checked at 10:43 by Katherine.. like wtf. When I got my food by Joshua it was cold as hell. 45.00 for pizza a wings and 5 dollar delivery charge. Never tf again. Domino’s count your days with this kind of customer service. I’ve been on hold for 12 minutes. They hung up. I called bck and was on hold for another 27 minutes. Never spoke to anyone.
Had a under cooked pizza two weeks ago the Manger in charge said I will give you a replacement pizza on next order. So replacement pizza was only a $10.00 coupon. And was going to cost me $11.00 plus tip. Not a free replacement pizza in my book.
THEY WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE THE MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF Customers … waited for the pizza for 2 hrs then had to cancel.. She hung up in my face I EVEN GAVE A TIP BUT I WILL NOT SPEND WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN
The last time I ordered delivery I ordered garlic bites and cinnamon twists instead I received garlic twists and cinnamon bites ( dry and barely any sauce or seasoning) they were basically inedible, when I called the guy that answered was dismissive and asked if I wanted 10% off my next order I said no I want a refund all he said ok like I was inconveniencing him, no apology for the inconvenience off waiting 2 hours for them to deliver some slop we couldn’t eat when I live 8 minutes away. This is just the last of multiple incidents and the reason I deleted the app and will never spend money here again.
Slightly over priced for what it is. Their “Free medium 2-topping pizza” is really just a free cheese. Because Domino’s consider sauce a topping. Really misleading considering most every pizza place consider toppings anything after the sauce and cheese. Also a little messed up that the $5.49 automatic delivery charge does not go to the driver. That’s just additional profit for Domino’s.
Ordered pizza for myself and Delivery Driver David delivered. He flung the receipt for me to sign and then snatched it before handing the pizza to me. As long as he did not snatch too hard then everything was good. The pizza was good nonetheless. Thanks
This store is my favorite one despite that I once ran the streets hustling on the move dropping off pizza all over I know how clean it is. The staff are always helpful and quick to fix any of very few times a mistake was made. Food is always good
This store is usually on point with your orders and has fast service. I just tried the baked apples and cinisticks…. So Good!!
I ordered pizzas to feed a work group. I ordered 2 hours early, and the pizzas were still delivered an hour and 15 minutes late, basically cold at that point. Worst pizza delivery I've ever had by far.
It took 2 hours and a phone call to get our order.....Was simply told that this is the wait time, because of the shortage of drivers...SMH
