We have been there several times recently and the dining room is never open. The other restaurants have opened back up.Why does Dairy Queen remain closed? They seem to be rude at the drive thru.

Food was not fit to eat. . Hot dog mashed from hamburgers put on top of it in a bag. The food was cold and taste like it was cooked a couple of weeks before hand . ONLY thing was good was the milkshake. Maybe they should go to 8ce cream and milk shakes.
Ice cream is always a good thing and they have a pleasant staff. Thumbs up!
I don't even know how to rate this! My daughter and I stopped and bought food. The food tasted good but my daughter started to feel full so I told her to just eat the meat and leave the bun. When she opened the sandwich there was a course piece of hair sticking out of the meat. I called the restaurant and asked if a man was cooking and if so, he needed to cover his beard! At least I hope it was from a beard! This was a nasty experience and I won't eat there again!
Slow service. Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes. Baby and kids were crying so I just drove off after watching 4 other cars do that exact thing. Awful experience. DQ has gone down hill. Take a lesson from Chick-fil-A. Food and bev is not that hard to figure out. Take the order, make the food, take customer payment, give customer food. It definitely shouldn't take an hour for 10 cars. It's so pathetic that it's comical.
My son found long string of a black piece of hair was found my son chicken sandwich. They were very unprofessional as well. Im disgusted all the way around. I will be going to corporate about this.
Went to drive through on Nov. 8th, 2021 at 9:25pm... sat there for 5 minutes and heard nothing. Went to the window and the girl finally opened it at 9:33. We asked if they were open, she said yes but they were closing everything down and not taking orders. They are supposed to be open until 10pm.
Haven't been to one, since I was a kid, and It was AWESOME. Much love guys and thank you
Decent food but quick service. Not bad for a quick snack.
