I have always been a big fan of Culvers until a few weeks ago. I went through the drive thru and got chili cheese fries. I got my bag home to reveal a fried cod sandwich. I was very disappointed and emailed with the manager. I was promised coupons in order to cover the costs of my wrong order but never received them. I really would just like my money back at this point.
This is a fairly new location. It is clean, I have had good customer service. . The food is good & freshly made. The only thing I don't like is the roll with the fish dinner, it is just not good & they can keep it as far as I'm concerned .
Quick service and super fresh food. The cod was juicy, flaky, and perfectly breaded and fried! I liked the steamed broccoli and the crinkle cut fries too. I'll be back
I love the culvers harvest veggie burger. Bun was very fast and the patty too. I went during the lunch hours and it was not that crowded in the drive through. Order was also delivered with in 10 mins.I got an additional ranch and I love dipping my burger and more ranch every bite.
Good burger, good fries, good custard. I do have a few problems including the fact that sometimes they forget the bacon on the bacon burger, also the meat on the burger is kind of small. It is good its just not as good as it used to be, but it is still pretty good.
Culver's, overall, is a pretty nice establishment. From customer service, to variety in food, they are really good. Every item that I have gotten here has been really good. The prices, also, aren't bad. They're about average in terms of fast food. One thing that makes this place so good is that they seem to use slightly higher quality ingredients for their products. Overall, this place is a good place to eat, and I would recommend it.
I had to tell cashier no cheese 3 times and still got cheese always got fish but for first time tried the butter burger not impressed opened it and it had a squirt of mustard on one bun I'll be eating somewhere else and come and get the Custer that is very good
Great food and friendly staff. Unfortunately I arrived at peak business and had a longer-than-usual wait for my food. That is fairly atypical for this location.
The food was delicious. We had a couple kids meals and a reuben melt. The service was reasonably prompt and I don't ever feel the need to check the accuracy of the order. Good job yall!
Needed some sweet happy drink and Culver's was right around the corner with all the ready to go meal and drink we needed. Minimal human contact, considerable waiting period. Totally enjoyed my frozen custard and sweet tea.
