We live an hour away and showed up right before closing when the store was supposed to be open still, but they had locked the doors early. The employees saw us outside walking up the door, but did nothing. My daughter really wanted to go there and should have been able to go in, but she did not get to.
Placed order. Waited over 20 minutes. People who placed orders after I did were receiving theirs before mine. Spoke to manager who refunded order amount and gave order to me after I requested it. More management needed out front and paper tickets needed so orders can be issued in a timely manner. Good product. Customer service needs immediate attention to keep clientele. Drove over an hour to try out their cookies. I’ll try the other location to see if the customer service is better over there.

These cookies are so good! Store is very clean. I like the option to order at the register or on the kiosk stands in the store. Would definitely recommend to try them.

Crumbl Cookies is so good! Their cookies are big, yummy, and made with quality. I got 3 cookies, 2 sugar cookies with icing and one chocolate chip. Their cookies are really big and one will fill you up just fine. Their cookies are probably the best cookies you will ever find. ??
This store is clean, bright and open..you can see all of the bakers hard at work as you wait for your cookies. This was my first time here, and it was a holiday weekend, so the store was crazy packed. I almost didn't go in because of the view of the crowd I saw through the window, but this store is run like a well-oiled machine! I was in and out with my cookies in no time! Only negative thing I have to say is that the cookies are so good, and there is so much hype around this place that many of the cookies sell out fast and even if they are making more, they don't allow you to order them again until they are baked and ready to sell.
We have ordered cookies before and they were great. But the snickerdoodle that we got this weekend were terrible. They were UNDER COOKED in the middle. Very disappointed
The cookies are so small they don't even fill up the box anymore. The price of the four pack has INCREASED and the SIZE of the cookies has DECREASED... I feel ripped off.
Delicious cookies. Me and my family will definitely be back.
