Very good food and service.

Went there last night to have dinner with my son and his girlfriend. The food quality has just gotten bad. I couldn't even eat the turnips. They were disgusting. The country fried steak used to be done right, but now its not even on the level of cafeteria food. The okra and mashed potatoes were good. Service was ok. My sons fries had a weird taste to them. Even my wifes pancakes were not good. I spent $70 on our meal and it wasn't worth $20. I wont be back. I do not like writing reviews but I had to make you guys aware of the food quality.

Food is really good, they have a shop with a lot of stuff to buy and the service is awesome, everyone is very nice.

Two stars is too generous on my part. So they get one star. Our waitress was flakey but nice and did her best to make us happy. I wanted a window seat bc I like sunlight she had to ask the manager or whatever he was he gasped but said ok. So we got some very dry hard lukewarm biscuits that had probably been out this morning, I ordered the sirloin steak dinner, I wanted it well done not scorched to where I couldn’t cut into or chew it they whisked that one away before I could take a photo, the manager I handed it to same one as earlier…he wasn’t too nice. the replacement had juice outside but was still over cooked dry and hard and greasy dry as the devil inside horrible. The pintos looked like they’d been yesterdays and were watery no taste had hard ham, greens were gross no taste ham in them tasted like old ham. Greasy green beans so greasy my guest couldn’t eat them. The okra was fry and terrible no seasoning like it used to have. They used to be good and my favorite place to go but now they barely have anything on the menu & the food is horrible, just horrible I’ll think twice before coming here ever again.

It was very poor service at the table, we were seated 10 minutes before the table before us but they had their drink and food order taken before we did. They had their food before we did. We placed our order waited a long time, the waiter finally brought it out but did not have our squash casserole that all three of us ordered. When we asked he said it would be out in just a minute. The manager then walked by asked how we were doing and we told him about having to wait and that one of the people had ordered the turnip greens and they were bad we had to send them back, we also told him about the squash casserole. He then informed us it was going to be at least 20 to 30 minutes they had just put it in the oven. He said here let me get you something in place of it how about baked sweet potatoes. We agreed and he brought them out after we had finished our meals. We went to go pay and they still had the squash casseroles and the turnip greens on the bill. When we ask he only removed one side the turnip greens and we paid for squash casserole and the baked sweet potatoes even though we didn't get the casserole. We usually go to the cracker barrel and Columbia on Bush River road, we love that one and have never had a problem. The food is always delicious and there's never been a problem with substitutions or anything, if there was the manager has always corrected it immediately and removed it from the bill. We definitely will not be going back to that cracker barrel anymore.

I love their lil shop. It's a perfect setup to browse while you wait for your table. Their items remind me of my childhood. You wont be disappointed. Their breakfast is delicious ? and they are not greedy with their portions either. I highly recommend it.

Great experience. Daughter and I looking for a non-valentine place to eat dinner ... this fit the bill perfectly...seemed to be the same for most other customers too. Most comfortable I have felt in a restaurant on February 14th in years. Thank you Cracker Barrel!

Our waitress was great for our large party. She was so cheerful and efficient.

This is one of my favorite cracker barrel stores! Staff is always friendly! And they are always quick to get us biscuits (I have two kids and sometimes they get antsy while waiting for food). Plus most of the staff Love my two kids and they are Very interactive with my kids!

Sunday dinner at Cracker Barrel 12/12/21. Our server Brenda did a wonderful job getting our order to us promptly & hot!I had the country fried steak with sawmill gravy, mashed potatoes, turnip greens, & green beans all delicious. My friend had the Country breakfast with scrambled eggs, hash brown casserole, grits, sawmill gravy, sausage patties, and a piece of the new Cinnamon roll pie. We love this restaurant and are always happy with the food and staff. Only a 5 minute wait for a table too.Loved spending time in the homey country store while we waited. Definitely will be back.Tef
