Incredible ambiance, very clean, the live DJ on Saturday night is the best. The food is DELICIOUS!! I have not been to a better seafood place yet!
The food was good but our waiter was EXCELLENT!!! Very attentive and had the right disposition to handle a large party.\\nThe atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. The restroom needed some attention. Over all it was a good experience for my first time going to this establishment.
Environment \\u0026 service was excellent as was the bar tender. Seasoning was perfect. Lobster tail was slightly over cooked but the shrimp, snow crab legs, corn \\u0026 potatoes were perfect. I'll definitely return!
This was our first time there. The waitress we had was fantastic. She was very upbeat and checked on us frequently. The food was very good and filling. Served nice and hot. Will definitely return and try other menu items.
The food here was very good. We were very satisfied with the quality of the seafood. The reason I’m giving a lower rating is because of the quality of service. We came when it was still not too busy and they sat us where you can see the workers in the drink area. No one served us right away, we had to wait for a while for someone to come. Finally she came and asked for our drinks. Once we got our food, she came maybe once and then to come get our check. While we were eating we could see there were a lot of workers and they were just standing around talking, not really working. We had to ask multiple workers to get us our needs because our server wouldn’t come by. Happy with the food, not happy with the service.
Let me start by saying that I was really looking forward to finally eating at Crab Du Jour. My wife is not a seafood fan, so we don't usually frequent seafood restaurants, but decided to come here for a special occasion.\\n\\nWhen we arrived, we were told the wait would be 30 minutes, which was fine. After waiting for over thirty minutes and asking how much longer, I was advised it would probably be another 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, after waiting for an hour, we were offered a table.\\n\\nNow, I understand that wait times are always just an estimate; however, in addition to the fact that the actual wait time was twice the estimate, it was further frustrated by:\\n1. very loud music that made conversation difficult, and\\n2. watching parties of similar sizes come in after us, wait, and then get seated before us. It is of course possible these groups were waiting somewhere else first, but it felt like we were being ignored (especially since the hosts seemed indifferent to our extended wait).\\n\\nNevertheless, we persevered, and as stated previously, after waiting for an hour, we were finally walked to our table. Unfortunately, the table was directly in front of the DJ and his speakers, and the music there was so loud that it was impossible to carry on conversation. I asked the hostess how long it would be to wait for a different table, and her only response was that they didn't have any other tables.\\n\\nIt was at this point we decided to leave. We were willing to be patient and wait even longer if necessary, but apparently this was somehow too much for the hostess.\\n\\nI hope our experience was an anomaly but wanted to share it for what it's worth.
The food was EXCELLENT, and the new location is great! The service staff was nice and enjoyed the atmosphere. There was an on-site DJ on Saturday night, which was pretty cool as well.\\n\\nOverall, TOTALLY 5 stars! I will be back for sure.
The food was real good, however the service left a bit to be desired. It was 8 of us and the server disappeared several times. I ordered items that were left off and he was gone so long that I just said forget it. We needed refills and had to get another server to get it. Like I said, food was good, service wasn't. Would I go again, probably not on a Friday night.
The hot sauce on the shrimp and crab legs is super good!!
My husband and I went here for a date night, had an incredible waitress shout out to Ava! Food was AMAZING. Not just saying that, they have a variety of sauces that go on the crabs. Full apron, gloves and wet wipes for crab menu. The snow crabs I got were hot, and full of meat. Highly recommend.
