I had not been here for several years until today. I can safely say that it was one of the best cafe mocha’s I have had in forever.I will definitely be back. I’m so glad you’re still there when so many other businesses are not.Your staff was fantastic as well !!!
My favorite coffee place! I can never decide what flavor latte I want, they all sound so good! I always get the Bridge Ridge Croissant with avocado.
This location is so bad!Honestly I gave it two stars because it is cute inside and clean. I have been to this location a few times and every time I regret it. Today I was the fourth car in line and it took 25 mins to get through. I started the timer when I got in line because this is the normal. I only go here because my mother loves it and it’s the most convenient location to our home. Every time I leave ticked off wishing I had just gone to Starbucks not even a mile up the road. There has been several times I wanted to review but haven’t because they always have a sign that there’s new staff training.
Coyote Coffee is the BEST coffee shop in the upstate. They offer a variety of delicious lattes, drip coffee, smoothies, and bakery items. They also have lunch and breakfast options. Way better than Starbucks.
Stopped by here on our way back to Raleigh and it was amazing! My wife got the Hazelnut Latte and I got the Barn Owl protein shake. They were both delicious! The place has lots of seating which Is nice! I recommend coming here for sure!
Stopped in here as our hotel is close to it. Local, been around since 2009. Friendly service, clean interior, plenty of nice seating. There’s a drive thru for the ones in a huge hurry. Prices are akin to Starbucks. My white chocolate coyote was delicious.

Went for the first time last Saturday and felt great to go somewhere where there is top customer care! The young barista stood in the rain to walk us through the menu with a smile. Our coffee’s were fantastic and we didn’t wait long in line. Prices very reasonable. Who needs Starbucks
First time here and I was excited. Coffee is good. Customer service isn’t the best. They don’t acknowledge the customers that walk in the store and seem to be more interested in hanging out with each other than interacting with the customers. Guess the drive through is the best option , even for first timers.
Pulled into my local coyote coffee today, and I had called in my order. When I got there, the drive thru was super long, so I went inside. There was only three people in line in front of me, but I had to wait over 30 minutes just to say I had called in my order. It was absolutely ridiculous.I felt bad for the staff because I could tell they were understaffed, but if that’s the case, I would suggest to limit the menu. It’s best to give consistent service that’s good and personable than just to give frankly what I would call horrible service. I’ve been seeing it for a while now at a place that I used to frequent so often. It makes me not want to come here anymore. I would also suggest to limit the online orders too. It’s okay to keep things in store or drive thru only in this time because “I’m sorry about your wait!” will not cut it every time, and it disadvantages the tips these kind people will make. They really left a horrible taste in my mouth after this, and I would suggest not coming here until things have improved.
