I have been to this Cook Out a few times and sometimes it's goes well and other times, eh, not so much. There are nights when my order is correct and others things are missing.On my last visit, I had issues with the cashier taking my order. I was rudely asked to slow down and repeat my order multiple times, but when I did, I was talked over and rushed. Then when I got to the window, he was tried cashing me out for 1 tray when I gotten 3. He had placed all my trays as separate tickets. ?♀️Luckily, my order was not missing anything after that fiasco, but my goodness. If the cashier would slow down and listen versus dancing all of their kitchen, things might go a little smoother.
Honestly the only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the fact that the only thing I get there is milkshakes. I love their milkshakes, so many choices, and it's so thick you can eat it with a spoon. Makes it a little tough if you are driving lol. One day when I try the food I will update the review.
if there was an option for no stars i would do it. how come i ask for a big double burger with cheese and they give me my burger no cheese and what looks to be two squashed slider pattys. like dang. cmon now.
It's so cheap yet so delicious and filling. It is very inexpensive and yummy. The staff are also nice. I recommend you go here. It is very good.
What you see is what you get. Flavorful fast food with several different size and topping options. The price was also very reasonable for the quality we received.
Food is good but they forgot the rest of my onion rings. Usually around five but only 3. I should have ordered the junior tray and bought a side of onion rings. Lol next time.
Great price and great food. Even though the line can seem long it goes a lot quicker than most single drive thru. Staff here are really nice and do great work.
When you work the closing shift, typically getting off at 2 or 3 a.m., it's nice to have a warm meal serve by friendly folks. I've been coming to this location multiple times a week for about two years.What spurred me to make this review was a kind gesture from management. I like to get the quesadillas and a side cup of chili to dip them in. One day they did not have the small cups. The lady taking my order over intercom informed me they were out and I said that's fine no chili today. They instead use a larger cup for soda and filled it up with chili, a ton extra. They only charged me the couple of cents that the small chilli was worth. Management even said that "this guy is special cuz he comes here all the time". So I not only got my dipping but also had a snack for the next day.The internet may not be a real place but I hope that this 5-star review helps.
delicious, cheap, quick, clean, and friendly. probably the best cookout I’ve ever visited. Chandler at the register was super friendly.
Dining room was open but dirty, and nobody noticed when we came in. Food was good and hot, good value overall just need better attention by staff.
