Always good and on time. Cookout hits the spot. I've been visiting late night for my cravings and I'm always satisfied. The prices are cheap and you get a good amount of food for the price. I wish they would put in 6 nuggets instead of 3 on the trays though. They are good and I always want more than 3 nugs. The chicken quesadilla is good and I love the BLTs! I'm always coming through this cookout so definitely I'll be back. Soon. Keep up the great work because I know how it is working in the food business and it can be stressful so I want to thank all of you for what you do! Those lines can get ridiculous so you have to be patient but it's worth every $1. Thank you for serving the public late night!
Horrible staff Black male manager refused service because I asked to speak with someone else because his drive thru cashier was very rude . He told me I could only order Hamburger and Chicken Fingers . When asked how long they had been up to see if I wanted to purchase his cashier said I don’t know. I asked to speak with a manger no one answered the intercom I was forced to drive to the window and deal with a horrible manger who was also rude . I asked for names to file a complaint they refused and told me to leave . I will be calling corporate tomorrow this is a ongoing problem at this restaurant it closes at 4 am and offers a limited menu after 3 which is not expressed prior. & only happens with certain staff members . The other day I came at 3:40 was provided fresh food and a unlimited menu
First time eating at this restaurant. Went through drive-thru. Not very impressed. 1st off the fries were all soggy. I ordered the bbq plate. Looks and takes like something a public school cafeteria would give for free lunches. Ordered a couple of the premium milkshakes they were okay. Overall I don't think we will be back here anytime soon.
We have made several complaints to the company about service, food missing, wrong food given, etc. This was the last straw. The only reason we went back is because my wife likes their shakes. Now, this location probably won't get our business again. This1 location we have submitted reviews 12 times. My wife wanted some quesadillas and a shake from them. When we got home, the quesadillas had none of that sauce they typically put in there. They put almost no meat. It was soggy and gross. The bacon wrap wasn't a bacon wrap. It was a dried piece of chicken. Then the milkshake was not what we ordered. Someone from corporate needs to do something. We wasted so much money there.
food is always good tho their late night crew need to pull it together. somehow some way something always ties the line up for up to ten minutes then booooooom even people we hear ordering the entire menu get stuff fast so idk what gives
First time eating this since I was 16 living in NC. I used to be INFATUATED with their food. The taste has changed to me... Could be much better.... maybe I caught them on an off day... The shakes are still phenomenal though.
Always great except for 1 time. The food was completely mixed up incorrect condiments on every sandwhich. Love the cajun fries and cheesecake milk shake.
After I got my food the lady at the window asked if I liked peanut butter. I obviously said yes and she handed me a free peanut butter shake. Best fast food experience I've ever had. Spend all your money here.
Waited in line for ten minutes until we were told the kitchen was down and it wasn’t even the employees letting customers know. It was a customer letting customers know. Employee ridding bikes inside the store. Not even worried about the line of customers wrapped around the building.
I used to go here after working late night shifts where nothing else was open but CookOut but now if you go here at night-time, you better be okay with waiting like 40min-1hr for your "fast" food. The drive thru system is so bad, the speakers are horrible, can't hear anything they're saying, and they always miss something ordered. Not to mention the whole loop around the restaurant to pull into the drive thru is a pain. The staff is relatively nice, but it's not worth it tbh.
