Delicious food, speedy service, and friendly staff! Good quality ingredients at an affordable price. Definitely my favorite cheat day food! The burger patty was smaller than usual and there was less bacon in the bacon wrap than typical, but it was still tasty.
The associate that waited on us Elizabeth was so sweet.. We got everything that we ordered promptly. She gave my Granddaughter a free milkshake. A great experience
Have gotten orders wrong several times, a few had nasty attitudes when I politely asked for the change. I've actively avoided coming to this one unless I was too tired to go elsewhere or go out of my way to another Cookout
We visited this cookout today for dinner, we went through the drive through and our order was taken by Elizabeth who is absolutely amazing at her job and customer service! Service was fast and friendly and the food is delicious.

Food was brought out quick and very hot. The burger and Hushpuppies were good. Very affordable. Just remember how much you pay in comparison to how much you get. Love the music.
Milkshakes so real and thick, you have to use the spoon. Many flavors to choose. Always a good treat.
This place has messed up my order 2 days in a row they always mess up my order and they need to check to make sure it’s right before handing it to a customer I’m a manager at a restaurant and we always double check before sending it out but this place seems lazy I ordered cheese bites and got chicken nuggets And my plain double cheeseburger is just 2 half Patties on bread
I come here all the time on my break, & today I found this in my fries, it looks like it was fried with my fries & had the seasoning all over it, I don't know what it is but it made me loose my appetite
Came by to get food, and they said they were out of Doritos to make a walking taco. No big deal, we decided to order something else. Upon getting to the window, the girl gives us our water and sprite and says “have a good night.” We said “we still need our food.” She laughs and states “I’m over this, I’m over it.” With no regard for the fact that we are customers at the window. I work in service industry, and I understand huffing and puffing but you NEVER do so in front of a customer. Have pride in your job. These 14-16 year olds nowadays have become way too entitled. I worked at 17 and was a manager for customer service at 18. If you don’t like your job, go work elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
