I’ve always loved Cold Stone, but this one had the best service ever. The employees would even sing hilarious songs every time they got a tip. They also went above and beyond with service and making the ice cream exactly how you wanted it.It was a fun experience :)
My friend worked here for about 2-3 months and coworkers were extremely rude and unwelcoming to new workers. One named Hailey even saying she spit in a customer whom she didn't like's order. We went in about a week for ice cream after she quit and her coworkers were openly talking about her being there. I found it extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for a work environment. They also lacked cleanliness and respect. Personally never going there again.

Friend used to work here they fired him for not working on his birthday and this ice cream is terrible.
Tonight we were going to get ice cream. My husband grabbed the door as customers were leaving. The workers refused to serve him. Door was still unlocked and nothing had been put away. The worker was extremely rude!! My husband asked if he couldn’t just get 1 coffee lovers and they told him no. Once he was back at the car the worker locked the door. Extremely unimpressed with customer service!!
The staff actually sings when you tip. It's awesome. So many Cold Stone Creameries don't do it. So refreshing... :-)
Ice cream was good but I still think sweet Molly's in North Myrtle Beach is better. I'm always trying different ice creams to see who's better.
Great selections and flavors available and the experience is unique. But in my opinion, the best part is the relaxing benches in the evening.
Came to get a chocolate shake and they spilled it on the floor and then when my new one was made they didn’t even fill it all the way up and had to wait about ten min in line just to order
