Incredibly rude staff. Actually was yelled at by the staff. I can't speak to the quality of the food because I left it on the counter.
And excellent cakes in a pleasant lounge. Only issue is people setting up office with their laptops and commandeering whole tables nursing a small coffee when there is limited seating.
Pros: Delicious milkshakes, coffee beverages, and deserts right in the heart of downtown. Excellent baristas. Cozy basement vibe with mix matched furnishings. Lots of seating both inside and out. Cons: The “Plush” Interior furnishings desperately need replacing… they all died years ago and offer zero comfort or support. Stick to the tables and booths.
It is a bit hidden, being a basement level on a side street. The coffee is outstanding and they have reasonably priced breakfast choices. The chocolate chip pancakes were outstanding!
Great great place! If you like a true Cafe, cozy, inviting, comfort food coffee shop, this is it. Cool location below street level, warm colors, great seating, very clean. Food was delicious, great coffee, and the prices were surprisingly low for in town classy eatery.Great menu variety for meals and desserts. Staff was excellent and efficient. If you visit Greenville often this would be an "every time when in town" stop. For locals, it's the place we go.
Cool atmosphere! 4 of us went,3 ordered breakfast,3 got wrong items...4 got coffee,2 waited 10 min for theirs. Great place to hang out and chat with friends as long as u don't care about service...Do not order the chocolate chip scone...only crasins in it (No Chocolate Chips)

This place is a hidden gem. The coffee is great. So glad our friend recommended we check it out while in town. I'd drive back just to get some!
Really great space with great coffee and drinks! It has a variety of seating to hang out with a group or by yourself.
Oh you should stop at the coffee on the ground that's downtown Greenville and it's one of my favorite places they have breakfast sandwiches and they also have a comedy club once a week and the coffee is magnificent &all kinds of cakes.
