I went in today around 7 for my first time at the Pelham rd . This young boy I asked for his name Nicholas was such a sweet heart . Was very respectful . Had a good time eating there with my family . I definitely recommend and if you seem to see this young boy at your service you’ll enjoy ! Definitely will be back .
This is the second time we ordered from the Haywood mall Cocobowlz and this is the second time our order was completely wrong! One was not suppose to have granola or coconut and the one that has blueberries...well that goes on the other bowl and other things are wrong AND they still didn't send the Coco whip. If you can go to a different location, I highly recommend. Now the delivery guy. He was nice as can be! They have all been great.
Countless times they’ve made a bowl for us that was just the base with an extra banana. This time the woman in the back, possibly the manager, refused because they were too busy….there was no one waiting, absolutely no one else around waiting for orders or in line. The young girl at the counter who was new was very sweet, but the woman was apparently too busy to add a banana to the blender full of base she was holding, turn it on, and put it in a bowl. I guess that takes more time than one of the other bowls full of fruit and toppings.

This is the best Cocobowls location. Love their smoothies. Nutty Buddy is the best.
Delicious smoothie bowls ? ? was very happy with the flavors and textures and the presentation. Fresh fruit ontop. The Nutella drizzle is the cherry ontop. You can add that to any bowl. More healthy then pretty much anything else in the food court at the mall.
Great product, really tasty bowl however customer service is HORRIBLE. Lots of teenage associates who could be taught how to be kinder and more accommodating to customers who pay 12-22$ for bowlz that are not cheap. Also the wait time is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a bowl first and then the lady took 3 other peoples order after I placed mine and then I had to wait for each persons bowl to be made before getting my bowl in which I was first and waited over 20 mins !!!!
Bowls were delicious and really hit the spot while wanting a healthy snack between meals.
The mall location is great!! Never been to the other one, but the workers at this location are always sweet, our order comes out within a reasonable amount of time and it’s always delicious!
