If you like a meal surrounded by antiques & Greenville memorabilia this is the place. I had a reuben sandwich & ice tea. The corned beef on my sandwich was excellent (a few more slices would have been better though). I didn't like the "homemade mayo" (a sauce more like thousand island dressing.
4/6/22 Late lunch today. I had the Smoked Turkey with provolone, banana peppers, lettuce & tomato on a whole wheat hoagie roll. Potato chips and dill spears on the side with tea and water to drink. This deli is my favorite for lunch. Come early they close for service at 2:30 p.m. but, if you get there in time you'll be happy you did.Nostalgic decor and friendly staff. I will be back.Tef
Don’t bother coming to this place. You never know when they are going to actually be open & the phone number doesn’t work. They will close early before their actual hours that are listed
First time here after driving by so many times over the years. Great atmosphere, food, and folks working there. Had lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in awhile. Hit the spot.
I stumbled on this place driving home from an errand. Quaint, eclectic deli with the friendliest people you'll meet. I took the advice of the lady behind the counter and ordered a turkey bacon sandwich with chips and a pickle. And a Reuben for my wife. Fresh bread, flavorful meats and dressings made this a surprise stop I'll be sure to go back to.
