It's a gamble coming here because you don't know if your getting chicken or rejection. My challenge to everyone is call corporate or some type of management to report them every time. (Get the number from the other location if you have to.) Should I care if they close down and lose their business? ABSOLUTELY NOT! There serving more attitude than chicken anyways.
Bad service and lack of credibility. We placed online order for 32 p (20+10) Spicy chicken and schedule to curbside pick up the next day 4PM. Guess what? When we arrived on time and parking in front of their front door for 15 mins, no one came out. Then we went into the store to check it out. They told me: we have nothing for us. They need 12 hours to prepare spicy chicken. OK………..even though hard to me to believe they not reserved any for an online order placed yesterday for the normal spicy chicken sale today. And no one contacted me ahead. And no one came out to explain to us for 15 minutes. Fine, we will take in-spicy one. They were struggling to do it. Because it’s they are closing at 5. Finally they were going to make it. Guess what? After 30 minutes the carried 2 bags out and well sealed. We appreciated them and leave. After we got home found out only 20 p. Nothing going to purchase from here ever.
I love Church's Chicken when I was in Anderson but I went to this one the other day when I was in Greenville and the chicken taste nothing like it is when it was an Anderson nor does the mashed potatoes I don't know what happened to Church's Chicken but I wish we could get the same type of chicken and mashed potatoes that were once had before Church's Chicken just doesn't taste the same anymore it's so much different what happened???
The food was good the staff was really friendly, but they did forget some of our order.
I placed the orders for a two and a three-piece mixed combo. When we got to the window, we questioned costs. We were told that since we had not placed the order properly, he itemized the charges. However, the charges were the same. Not being mathematicians, but very competent in mathematics, we disagreed. We were shut down! After doing driving off, we found that we were right and that they failed to complete our order. I would like to say that this is the first, second, third, or fourth time, but it isn't! Same treatment at several locations! It wasn't my decision, not has it been, for years to go there!
My family has been a fan of this restaurant for a some time now and we have brought along new generations with us. The food quality is great and the prices have been fair for as long as I can remember. We will continue to support this company for the foreseeable future.
I went to both Church's and there's only 2 in Greenville Sc. Started on Augusta Rd and the drive thru line was 5 cars deep in line and 5 cars in the street I sat for 20mins and decided to go to the S. Pleasantburg store... WORSE!!! Got there and the intercom speaker is so low that I can barley hear the person inside tell me it's a 30min wait on chicken after waiting another 20mins in line prior at this location also. I decide to wait out the 30 mins that really turned to 45 mins to find out that the two cars next to me that had just parked were told 10mins.... I went back to Augusta Rd to find the drive thru line wrapped out of the parking lot down the side street and onto Augusta RD at peak traffic hours... this lead me to call in and ask was there a wait time on chicken..."no there's no wait time, we only have two people packing orders... One is on delivery orders and the other one is on drive thru orders"... is what I was told. After the call I made the line magically started to move... it took me almost 2hrs to get food for my household! 2HRS!!!Come on Church's Chicken.... time to do something!!! Kathy Moore use to have Church's running like a polished machine!!!
The worstest (THAT DAMN BAD) churches experience ever. The microphone didn’t work and the inside closed so you have to go to the window,then you have to wait 6(10)mins bc something not ready,their going to forget something,then entertain people across the street with a parking lot full and cars in drive Thur. Here I am thinking the Church’s in Atlanta bad naw this Greenville location doesn’t know customer service and it shows.
Went through the drive through. Ordered some takeout. Everything was hot, fresh & delicious.
One of the worse experiences I've ever had. The girl working the drive through was outside smoking with another girl behind the dumpster and told me to wait. When I ordered the customer service was horrible, they are not friendly at all. The biscuits we old, probably from yesterday and the mashed potatoes were cold, clumpy, and tasted a day old. So disappointed, Church's USED TO BE so good. I won't be surprised when they finally all close for good. They at least need to restaff the place with people who actually care about their job.
