I wish I did not have to give it a whole star. I have been here 4 times in the last month to pick up a door dash delivery. Every time the line is around the block for the drive thru. Front doors locked. Pull into the to go orders and call to be told to go thru drive thru line. Wait in drive thru 30 mins to get to box for them to tell me to come to the front door. Time is money. When they make me wait 30 mins to give me an order that should already be ready they costed me money. I wouldn't get up out of the electric chair to return to this churches chicken.
Everything about the meal just wasn’t good at all. After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes, had to pull up and wait for my food, which I expected everything to be fresh since I had to pull up & wait! Only thing that was fresh was the chicken sandwich which wasn’t all that great. My fries were cold! The chicken wings were massive & looked unappetizing! Didn’t even look like a chicken wing! It was very off putting. The chicken leg was very bland itself. Everything was just a huge disappointment. Discarded the whole meal once I got home. The only good thing was the biscuit.
I have had several instances where my order that I paid for was missing items when I got home. This was after I asked them to check my order. Today...NONE of my side orders made it home with me! I will be traveling further and visiting the OTHER Church's Chicken on Pleasentburg Drive from now on! This place doesn't deserve ANY stars. There Chicken is excellent, but their service is HORRIBLE!!
Slow, slow slow service. Only three cars ahead of me, and it took half hour to get food. And trust me, the food was not worth the wait.
I sit there and I wait half an hour waiting for a few cars to go through drive-thru whole time sitting behind the exhaust of another vehicle just making me sick. I finally get up there and told oh they don't have any white meat for the rest of the day, I understand wait a few minutes but to be there for 35 minutes just to get up to the intercom seriously need help with some employees.
The chicken was good The French fries was hard and cold The drinks was nasty I couldn't drink it how nasty it was to me I asked for 3 chicken thighs they put only 2 thighs in my box they were not out of chicken thighs they just put only 2 chicken thighs and one leg in my box and over charged for the order
My 1st experience going here waited in line that was backup into the street for 30 mins, just to get up to the ordering menu, wasn't greeted so I drove up to the window to find out they were closed. This was at 6:30 pm.
Chicken wasn't good at all.bad heartburn all night.the line was long.i said chicken must be good.just my opinion.
Unreasonable wait times at both locations we went to and online ordering was unavailable....don't waste your time.
I’ve been here at the drive thru since 10:20am here it is 11:15am & still sitting at the drive thru with 6 cars behind me! I used my cell phone to call inside of the store the lady that answered said they open at 11 but on Google it said they open at 10am so I goes to say well I’ve been sitting here at the drive thru since 10:20am she says well it’s going to be 15 more minutes because it’s only two of us in here! So now it’s 11:16am & I’m still sitting at the drive thru! This is ridiculous!
