Another bad spot if you’re looking for friendly service, I haven’t eaten here so can’t comment on the food but every time I come to pick up an order to deliver I am met with rude, unfriendly employees. The men are not as bad as the two ladies who work the desk, they never return a greeting or smile. They don’t even acknowledge me until I confront them with my pick up request. I can’t imagine being so hateful towards customers, maybe it’s just because I’m not Asian?
My my my AMAZING!! take me back to my time in China. Glad i found the pork w/ peppers love it!!!Vegan options as well. Tofu with mixed veggies? Eggplant w/ garlic sauce, sweet and sour fish. Veggies fried rice. What service like you ask? I called 3x. Uber has the fish dish, doordash doesn't btw! Sooo I had 5 stars reduced it they had egg in rice. I called and wrote in notes and specific order. A bit of disappointment
Had lunch here. Been once before when it was under other management. The food was great and plentiful. Service was awesome and the selection was huge - all types of Asian cuisine.
Loved it. Came with my sister and we both felt so full. Definitely will be a returning customer. When I first walked in, I definitely didn’t expect it to look the way it did. Very clean and the art on the walls were very nice. Our waitress was very nice. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My only complaint was the sprite… it had a weird taste to it that I ended up ordering water. Other than that, I will be returning!
Food wasn't bad or great either, older gentleman is very nice and happy, the bar waitress comes across as stiff and unconcerned, and my to go order, which was to be ready at 6:59pm was still not ready 20 minutes AFTER that. I sat there and watched 6 parties come in after me and receive orders before me. It was ridiculous. Nobody spoke to me after the initial "it's not ready" and just walked by me emotionless the whole time I sat there. And their sake comes in a box.
I have been to this restaurant four times now. Every time, it was clean, the staff was nice, and the food was good. Once, I accidentally showed up 30 minutes before they opened. They asked me to come in anyway and appologized multiple times for not having the kitchen ready even though it was clearly my fault for arriving so early. Another time, I ordered the pepper steak. The waitress came back and appologized that they were out of green peppers and asked if I was OK with red peppers for a discount on the meal. Red peppers are better than green peppers. Of course. Overall, I am very satisfied with this restaurant.
This place is the ?! They chicken dishes are amazing. Pad Thai, Lo Mein, soups….. all delicious so far. Food is Hot when I get home. My new favorite! Worth an extra 10 min drive! (Sorry “closer” guys)
Just tried this for the first time. This has to be the most authentic Chinese food in Greenville- I'm actually astonished at how delicious the food is; you can literally taste the authenticity and love in the food. I'll probably never order Chinese food from anywhere else. Why havent I heard about this place before! Also- their menu is extensive!! Amazing!
Had this last Friday. The food was absolutely delicious fresh and Bursting with flavor. Ordered today the food taste like it was leftovers from friday.I asked the hostess of extra duke sauce and soy sauce she gave 4 pack for 58.00 worth of food . that wasnt even 1 per entire. Very disappointed the second time around.
Wow! That's all I can say. We have tried many Chinese places in easley and greenville and Chun Chun is by far the best. We ordered online and it was great. We decided to dine in and the place was dead but online orders coming in left and right. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices are not bad. The food is delicious. I am truly amazed. And above all the place is clean!
