When this location originally opened, it was great- friendly service, great food- and very popular so you occasionally has some lines but still had great food, service and a clean place to eat. Now everything has changed- the tables are never cleaned, they are always out of a food item and not even trying to prepare more to be able to replace it, staff seem less than excited to be there, they will walk away in the middle of preparing an order to do something else, I couldn’t even get a spoon (they didn’t have any). So disappointed.

I love Chipotle, don’t get me wrong… but lately the staff here has been lacking in its standards in keeping it clean. I was extremely turned off when I went and saw the food prep counter dirty with spilled over toppings across the entire counter and not cleaned. I could tell it had been like that for a while bc toppings started mixing in with other toppings. ??‍♀️I wanted to tell the person making my order to clean it before finishing. As polite as possible I told the person at the register and then then the prep person since she came closer to hear.As soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed the trash over flowing and the drink station was a mess. I actually took my own Clorox wipes (being a clean freak mom) and wiped it down. Couldn’t do anything about the spilled liquid inside of the utensil holders. But at least the counter space was clean. If the staff here comes across this, please increase your standards. They should be top notch in the restaurant industry. Cleanliness is always key from a customer’s POV.

They were only taking online carryout orders. We were quite hungry so went somewhere else instead of taking the time to download the app to be able to order. The food is good, location is a little challenging but not too difficult if you turn at lights.

I've have eaten here many, many times. It is across the street from my work and is an easy, usually fast, dinner. My most recent visit was awful. I ordered through the app and was told my food would be ready at 5:30. At 5:30 I go in and my food is not ready, so I take a seat and wait. Only one person is making mobile/online orders while 3-4 people are working on in store orders. The one employee workinf on the online orders is finsihing one order ever 10 minutes. I literallytimes him. The line is wrapped around the building, lots of people are waiting for mobile orders, then I hear and see the employees arguing and gossiping in front of all of these people! 40 minutes go by and I'm told that they are out of the protein I ordered and have to make more. They did offer to give me something else, but at this point I have been waiting so long I would like to get what I paid for. Communication was very poor about being out of this. Several people came up and asked about their orders they had been waiting a long time for to then be told they were out of the protein. I was told it would only take 10 more minutes. Well it took 20.. because they ran out of chips. So I waited an hour after I was told my food would be ready through the app. This was on a weekend at dinner time... obviously you are going yo be busy. You should be more prepared.Fast forward a couple days.. my app was hacked and someone ordered $238 worth of food to be delivered in California. This was done through five separate orders within an hour. I am so extremely disappointed and I feel let down by a company that I trusted with my financial information. They should make it more difficult to change email and passwords and maybe question a suspicious order. After doing some reading online this has happened to so many people. So do yourself a favor and remove any saved financial information from the app! I will not be eating at Chipotle again.

I made an order from Chipotle from door dash. This was not my first order last summer I received good food. Today's experience was anything but. I ordered the burrito bowl and a steak burrito, quao and guacamole. What I recieved couldn't be called a meal. The burrito bowl had just some meat in a box. That's it. No rice, beans, cheese, lettuce tomato, sour cream ... nothing. The burrito I first noticed was half the size of my last order in 2021. Again just some (very dry) meat wrapped in a small tortilla. Looked like something your kid makes when playing in the kitchen. Again no rice beans cheese lettuce salsa. Sour cream... you know the things you find in a burritos. See the pictures and save your money "Tao Bell" is five stars in comparison.

The service has continued to decline. I know restaurants are short staffed and I don't mind the wait. But, when the order is cold and missing items, it definitely raises concerns. This time not only did I not have beans or veggies, but my husband did not have any chicken in his burrito. Now.. come on!!! Please read the order and of course have it hot or at least warm!!! going to have to wait a while before returning here. Yuck!!! And huge disappointment.

The food is always good, however this location seems to have a lot of issues. Once I went and they were out of rice completely and it was a 40 min wait for some reason. The next time there computers weren’t working but then they suddenly were. Now I go today and they are only doing online and no in person. Seems like there is always some sort of problem.

I never write reviews. Good or bad. Tonight, I ordered a pickup for a steak bowl with some easy add ons. Simple. What I have in front of me here is a bowl of maybe a scoop chicken. I don’t know if the employee(s) don’t care or whatever. This is unacceptable. $20 bucks for a scoop of chicken.Find a new job in something else you enjoy doing or a job that doesn’t require basic reading on a order ticket. Unacceptable.

Perhaps the worst Chipotle in the entire franchise lol. Always out of something. Chips always taste old. This was the case even before the pandemic. I literally go to the Haywood location, which is way farther away, just so I don’t have to deal with this location.

Order was wrong. The staff wasn’t talking to anyone and you had to place your order through the app. So when I got home I found they replaced juices for my kids with milk. My child is lactose intolerant. Not cool.
