Gotten takeout from here a few times. Have tried different items each time we’ve ordered and so far everything has tasted great. Really enjoyed the Hunan Chicken delight. Plus the lady in the front is SO sweet and helpful.
This is classic Chinese takeout. China Star is unpretentious and reasonably priced and the food is simple, fresh, well-prepared, satisfying and delicious. When I'm in the mood for takeout they're #1 on my list.
Ate here before it was great but not this time around my Hot and sour soup had nothing but eggs in it was very disappointing guess it was a bad day for the cook

Best Chinese I ever visited. The woman who took my order was careful enough to repeat my orderI could actually understand her, unlike the china wall I had been going to on n pleasant burg . That woman there seems to have an attitude, expecting me to understand what she says. I hate expressing that issue, but maybe they could get someone younger and speaks better,.anyhow, food here was great, I tipped her as well, she even complimented me about my purse. I thanked her. She is so sweet!!! I will be back even though prices are higher, it's worth it.
my boyfriend and i love eating here. his favorite dish is the sesame chicken and beef lo mein. my personal favorite was the honey chicken with fried rice ? their chicken fried rice is bomb too. love the egg rolls. the staff are SUPER SWEET to us all the time. love it
Is the best Chinese Restaurant in Greenville. You need try all the menu. I drive 25 to buy the fried rice.
